At the Youth Center, Kimberly is leading an aerobics/dance class.  Billy is one of the students.  Zack, Trini, and Jason are sitting at the counter.  Trini is arm wrestling Jason.  Ernie walks in with a cart of towels.  Ernie joins in the dancing, next to Billy.  Billy bumps into Ernie and then trips and lands on the cart.  The cart goes careening through the dance class.  Kimberly is unaware, as her back is turn.  Billy goes out into the hall of lockers and crashes.  Kimberly turns around.  The cart is still moving as Billy comes back through the dance class.  This time is covered with toilet paper and debris from the bathrooms.  The cart is heading straight for Kimberly.    Kimberly jumps out of the way.  Trini, Jason, and Zack all cringe as Billy crashes into a wall.  Kimberly walks over to Billy and tells him this is not the way to meet girls.

On the balcony of her Moon Palace, Rita had been spying Kimberly and her aerobics/dance class.  Rita didn't like the music.  Baboo and Squatt were on the balcony with her.  The music did give Rita an idea.  Rita decided to use music against the Rangers.

Billy crawls along the floor, heading towards the counter.  Trini goes over and helps him up.  Trini leads him over to Zack and Jason.  Trini removes the debris and straightens his hair.  Billy, after Trini's explanation, tells them he can't dance.  Kimberly is leading her aerobics/dance class once more.  Melissa bumps into Beth.  Beth yells at Melissa and Melissa leaves the floor.  Kimberly sees the exchange and tells the class to take a break.  Melissa is sitting by herself when Kimberly joins her.  Kimberly signs to ask her what happen?  Melissa explains.  Kimberly apologizes as she had forgotten to sign the move.  Melissa feels it is because she is different.  Kimberly tells her she is an excellent dancer and points out that even hearing people have a hard time.  Kimberly points out Billy, who is having a difficult time following the dance steps.  Kimberly and Melissa laugh.

At the Moon Palace, Rita has continued to watch the teens.  Rita likes her idea of using a musical monster and Baboo and Squatt have doubts.  Rita goes to see Finster for a monster.  Finster has a monster already in mind, but Rita insists on a musical monster.  Finster agrees with her, but points out that they are not very reliable.  Rita gets angry at Finster.  Finster begins work on a musical monster.
