Kimberly continues her dance/aerobics class. Beth apologizes to Melissa for getting angry and Melissa accepts the apology. Bulk & Skull enter the Youth Center. Bulk spots the dance class and immediately begins making fun of it. Skull joins in. Zack challenges Bulk to dance as well as the class. Bulk does a few dance steps and in the process, kicks away the chair that Jason is sitting on. Jason is ready to fight, but Zack holds him back. Trini walks over to calm Jason down as well. Zack asks Bulk if he can do his dance moves. A crowd has gathered to watch, as does Kimberly and her class. Zack does a few dance moves and Bulk repeats them. Only Skull applauds as the rest of the crowd chuckles. Zack then does a more complicated dance move. Bulk tries to copy it and gets stuck. Skull laughs along with the crowd, until he has to help Bulk back up. Zack then does a headstand on the counter. Bulk charges towards the counter and ends up going over it, knocking dishes over as well. When Bulk reappears with food on his face. Zack tells Bulk he can have it as he wasn't hungry anyways. Everyone laughs. Skull goes over to help wipe Bulk clean. Kimberly ends her class. Kimberly and Billy join their friends at the counter. Zack suggests they bail for the movies. Bulk threatens that they better bail as no one tricks him. Zack points out that they already have. Trini, Billy, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly leave for the movies.
At the Moon Palace, Rita is impatient for her monster. She goes to see Finster once more. Rita tells Finster all the waiting is putting a strain on her natural beauty. Finster finishes up the monster, Gnarly Gnome. Gnarly Gnome plays an accordion that hypnotizes people. Finster's plan is to have Gnarly Gnome play his music to some of the kids. With the kids captured, the Rangers would come to rescue them. Gnarly Gnome plays his music and the Rangers would be under Rita's control. Rita is pleased with the plan and urges Finster to hurry. Gnarly Gnome is placed in the Monstermatic and then sent directly to the Youth Center. Gnarly Gnome lands just outside the Youth Center. Inside, Beth invites Melissa to go to the mall with them, as the mall is having a big sale. Melissa agrees. Beth, Melissa, and the rest of the girls leave, saying goodbye to Ernie. Ernie gives them high fives as they head out. Beth, Melissa, and the rest of the girls walk out. Beth tells them they have to stop by her house so she can tell her mom. Gnarly Gnome begins playing his accordion.
