Zordon responds that is not true. There is a rare flower called the Deandra, which can reverse the effects of the ray. Red Ranger wants to know where you can get one. Zordon tells Red Ranger the Deandra only grows in one place in the entire universe. Red Ranger asks where? Zordon tells him the Mountain of Hope. Zordon has already sent Yellow Ranger there to find it. Zordon instructs Red Ranger to observe the viewing globe. It shows the Mountain of Hope. Zordon tells Red Ranger and Alpha 5 this is where Yellow Ranger must find the Deandra flowers before Rita destroys them. Red Ranger reassures Zordon not to worry, he will never let Rita destroy the Power Rangers.
Rita is standing on her balcony. Rita is ready to defeat the Power Rangers once and for all. Rita tosses down her wand, telling it to make her monster grow!
A giant size Shellshock begins wrecking the city. Shellshock is eager to show the mutant teenagers what a full grown turtle can do. Baboo and Squatt are standing on top of a building. They get very excited seeing Shellshock wreck the city. Squatt gleefully states he is ruining the whole city. The destruction is being shown on the viewing globe. Red Ranger wants to stop Shellshock from destroying the whole city, till Trini finds that flower. Zordon states may the power be yours. Red Ranger teleports out of the Command Center. Red Ranger immediately summons Tyrannosaurus Dinozord. Once it arrives, Red Ranger leaps inside and heads out into the city. Shellshock is not afraid to battle Tyrannosaurus. Red Ranger tells him he is going to be turtle soup. Baboo tells Shellshock, you are our turtle, go get him! Shellshock withdraws his arms and out comes a bat and a hook. Shellshock and Tyrannosaurus battle. Meanwhile, at the Youth Center, Tommy is working out with his bo staff. A couple of girls are watching Tommy. Ernie walks over to them and hands them a couple of towels. Ernie is impressed with Tommy's workout and talks to the girls about it before leaving. Tommy finishes his workout and places the bo staff against a wall. Elsewhere, Yellow Ranger had reached the Mountain of Hope. Yellow Ranger is determined to get that flower, as it is the only way to stop Shellshock. Back in the city, Shellshock has knocked Tyrannosaurus down and then kicks him. Tyrannosaurus gets back up. Red Ranger contacts Zordon and tells him Shellshock is too much for his dinosaur. At the Mountain of Hope, Zordon's voice reaches Yellow Ranger. He has sent Sabretooth Tiger Dinozord to assist Yellow Ranger. Call on his power to lead you to the Deandra flower. Yellow Ranger has doubts as to whether she can make it. Zordon tells her you must, you are almost there. You can do it! Yellow Ranger becomes very excited when she sees the flower. Yellow Ranger calls on the power of the Sabretooth Tiger. The flowers float into the air.
