Goldar and several Putties arrive in the classroom. Goldar instructs the Putties to grab the spinning wheel. The Putties do so, and they all vanish. Tommy and Kimberly are walking down the school hall. Kimberly thanks Tommy for his offer of help, she really appreciates it. They reach the classroom and Tommy holds the door open for Kimberly. Kimberly enters, and then Tommy. Kimberly immediately notices the spinning wheel is missing. Tommy and Kimberly look around the classroom, but can't find it. Kimberly becomes alarm when she doesn't see the spinning wheel anywhere in the classroom.
Tommy and Kimberly head over to the Youth Center to ask the kids there if they had seen the spinning wheel. Kimberly and Tommy split up and ask various teens if they had seen the spinning wheel. No one has seen it. Tommy and Kimberly look at each other from across the room and shrug. Bulk & Skull are there, sitting at a table. Skull is laughing as he tosses popcorn everywhere. Tommy hears them and walks over to their table. Tommy asks them if they have seen the spinning wheel? Bulk sarcastically replied that he needed some money, so Skull spun him some. Tommy becomes angry and tells Bulk he is serious. Bulk remarks what would he want with a spinning wheel?
Rita casts her spell on the spinning wheel and it becomes the Wheel of Misfortune.
Kimberly sits dejected by herself at the Youth Center. Soon, Trini, Billy, Jason, and Zack come and sit by her with long faces. Kimberly looks at them and she smiles a little. Trini asks her what is the matter? Billy adds you look quite distressed. Kimberly replies you are not going to believe this, someone walk off with my grandmother's prize antique spinning wheel. Zack tells her that is awful.
Goldar informs Rita that Tommy is walking through the park alone. He has sent down a platoon of Putties to take care of him.
Tommy is walking through the park, when he pauses. Tommy takes a look around, something doesn't seem right. Suddenly several Putties arrive. Tommy doesn't have time for these guys. Tommy battles the Putties, but it is difficult. Tommy's gym bag was quite a distance, and he regretted leaving his communicator inside it. Tommy tried to make his way back to his gym bag. He was almost there, when the Putties kick it away. Tommy was knocked to the ground and tied up. Tommy was unable to break out of his bindings.
