Lord Zedd and Goldar were together. Lord Zedd had been watching Miss Appleby's classroom. Aisha Campbell had been selected as Angel Grove's Captain for fire safety. Lord Zedd: "So the Power Rangers are interested in fire safety. I've just become interested in fire myself. I'm going to make Angel Grove the hottest spot on Earth." Goldar: "Great plan. I'll send down the Putties with matches..." Lord Zedd: "No!!" Lord Zedd was preparing his monster when he noticed Tommy, Rocky, and Adam running in the park. Lord Zedd didn't want them interfering with his plans and sent down several Putties. The three teens battled and destroyed the Putties. Lord Zedd created Flamehead monster. Lord Zedd wanted Flamehead to burn down Angel Grove unless the Power Rangers surrendered. Flamehead is sent down and soon White Ranger, Black Ranger, and Red Ranger are battling Flamehead. After awhile, Yellow Ranger arrives. Lord Zedd is watching from the palace. Since there is one more Ranger, Lord Zedd sends in Putties. The four Rangers battle the Putties. Yellow Ranger is all over the place, as she battles the Putties. Red Ranger, White Ranger, and Black Ranger are concern about Yellow Ranger and the danger she is placing herself by taking on everything. The four Ranger defeat the Putties and the four Rangers are teleported away. After awhile, all the Rangers return to battle Flamehead. Eventually Flamehead is destroyed by Thunder Megazord.

Lord Zedd had wanted to send the Rangers to the lost universe. Lord Zedd wanted Goldar to steal an item from the teens scavenger hunt. Goldar had several Putties go down to the park, where they battle Billy, Rocky, and Aisha.
