The mysterious person is startled to hear the name Zordon. Kimberly asks if she knows Zordon and then asks who she is? After some quick consideration, the mysterious person releases Tommy from her staff. She is still cautious as she introduces herself as Dulcea, master warrior of the planet Phaedos. What has happened to Zordon? Rocky answers, he was attacked by this cosmic being named Ivan Ooze. Dulcea is shocked that Ivan Ooze is free. Billy asks her if she's has heard of him? Dulcea replies, Ivan Ooze is a monster. If we don't hurry, your planet is doomed. She tells the teens to follow her. The teens exchange glances and then follow Dulcea.
At the Command Center, Zordon is very concerned about the Rangers. Alpha 5 tells Zordon to save his strength. You need to rest. Zordon insists that they must try to communicate with them. It is possible I can help them. Alpha 5 thinks if he can locate a vertical defector, then we could make contact through the viewing globe. Zordon tells Alpha 5 to please hurry. Alpha 5 tells Zordon to hold on as he gets to work.
In Angel Grove, Ivan Ooze, in disguise, is pitching his ooze at an amusement park. Kids are gathered around him. A kid asks, what are we supposed to do with it? Ivan Ooze replies show it to your parents. Show it to your friends. When you've got your ooze, the fun never ends. A kid has opened his jar of ooze and sticks his fingers in it. He notes this is kind of gross. Ivan Ooze replies, you may have heard the phrase that looks can be deceiving. I'm sure that when you've tried it, you all will be believing. Ivan mentions that the ooze is free. The kids clambered for the stuff. Ivan Ooze quickly passes out the jars of ooze to the kids. Fred has gotten his jar as well, but he is a little concern about it.
On Phaedos, Aisha, Billy, Kimberly, Tommy, Rocky, and Adam follow Dulcea among the cliffs. Billy asks Dulcea, where are you taking us? Dulcea replies, you shall know soon enough. Kimberly is anxious for them to hurry, Zordon won't last much longer. They travel in a straight line through various terrain.
