Operation Lightspeed - Page Two

 Taru puts down his torch to take a closer look.  His friends join him.  Taru puts his hand up against a skeleton that appears to be guarding the crypt.  The skeleton falls to the ground and it's skull comes apart.  The seal on the crypt begins to spin on it's own and the lid of the crypt begins to shake.  The three men back away.  Smoke emerges from the cobra heads along the wall.  Frighten, Haba shouts at his friend we've got to get out of here!  But Taru wants to look into the crypt and persuades his friends to push the lid off the crypt.  A white light shines on them from below.  Curious the three take a closer look.  A ring of energy blasts through them.  The three are knocked against a wall as explosion erupt from the crypt.  Smoke like demons emerge from the crypt.  The three men scream in terror as the smoky demons fly around and then escape into the world. 

The smoky demons reach Mariner Bay and fly around.  Citizens are terrified as the smoky demons fly above them and even knock a few of the citizens down. 

At the Lightspeed Aquabase, Dana walks towards Captain Mitchell, who is in a meeting with his crew.  Dana informs Captain Mitchell that something has come up.  Dana gives a small nod when the captain glances up.  Captain Mitchell tells the rest, we'll finish this later.  Once the crew members have left, Dana tells her father, they've escaped.  Captain Mitchell opens a safe and pulls out a several folders.
