Quasar Quest, Part I - Page Eleven

 The Stingwinger grabs a hold of Mike and tosses him.  Mike lands hard on the ground.  Leo is tossed as well and lands next to Mike. 

Maya backs away as the three Stingwingers come towards her.  Soon Maya is fighting off the Stingwingers.  Maya is knocked to the ground.  Mike and Leo quickly get back up and charge towards the Stingwingers.  Kai and Kendrix charge towards the Stingwingers as well.  Still on her back, Maya tries to edge away as Kendrix and Kai launched themselves onto a Stingwinger.  They manage to pull the Stingwinger away.  Maya sits up and sees Leo, Mike, Kai, and Kendrix fighting the Stingwingers.  Mikes uses his helmet to beat against the back of one of the Stingwingers.  Mike kicks the Stingwinger and it lands next to another one.  A Stingwinger knocks Kendrix to the ground.  Kai swiftly grabs the fallen weapon and fires it at the Stingwinger.  Kai misses the Stingwinger.  The Stingwinger joins the other two as they stand back up.  Mike grabs two weapons and tosses one to Leo.  Leo catches it.  Leo, Mike, Kendrix, and Kai face the Stingwingers with their weapons pointed at them.  The Stingwingers quickly retreat back through the portal.  Mike asks Maya, who are you?  Maya introduces herself.  My home is the planet Mirinoi.  What's left of it.  Kendrix tells Maya, I've never heard of Mirinoi.  Maya starts to walk towards the portal and Kendrix shouts at her to wait as she catches up to her.  Kendrix asks her, how do you know it's safe?  Maya replies, I have to go back.  Scorpius will destroy my world if he gets the Quasar Sabers.  Leo is immediately ready and states let's go!  Kai stops him and asks, are you nuts?!  You have no idea what's in there.  Leo ignores Kai and tells Mike, it doesn't matter.  She needs our help.
