Kenji Asuka - Mido Ranger

At EAGLE Kansai Branch, on top of a building, Kenji is looking after the pigeons. Poison Gas Mask and several Zolders arrive. A warning is called out. But it is too late. Poison Gas Mask runs past several servicemen while putting out it's gas. The gas kills the servicemen. The base is destroyed. The only survivor is Kenji Asuka. Days later, Mido Ranger is standing out in a field when several spears fly towards him. Mido Ranger jumps out of the way and the spears miss him. More spears fly towards Mido Ranger and he uses his Midomerang to cut the spears in half and knock them out of the sky. Mido Ranger catches his Midomerang as it returns to him. Suddenly a voice shouts, this is for you Mido Ranger! Mido Ranger watches Aka Ranger drive away on his Red Machine. He holds up his Midomerang and sees the note Snack Gon attached to it. Mido Ranger does a full circle and Kenji is revealed. Later, Kenji arrives in the city and looks around at the buildings until he spots the sign for Snack Gon. Kenji enters and is greeted by the cook behind the counter. A young lady, Yoko, also greets him. Kenji orders coffee as he finds a place to sit at the counter. Two other young ladies sit together. One of them orders coffee as well while the other one orders ice cream. Daita shouts coming in as he enters Snack Gon. Daita is greeted as well. Daita sits at the counter and orders four large curries. Cook tries to talk Daita out of his order. He tells Daita that his large curries are really large. No one can eat four of them. He tells him to go with two. But Daita insists on having four. Cook notes Daita is stubborn. Cook gets to work on the curries. He places the four large curries in front of Daita and thinks it will be too much for him. Daita immediately begins to dig into the curries. Daita compliments the cook on the curries. Cook stares at Daita as he makes quick work of the dishes. Peggy enters and orders ice cream as she sits next to Daita. A young boy enters and Yoko asks him if he wants his allowance? The young boy replies yes. Yoko good naturedly pushes his head and gives him the money. The young boy thanks Yoko and scampers off. Tsuyoshi enters and is greeted as well. Kenji, Peggy, and Daita all turned around in their seats to look at Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi walks to the end of the counter and places a small metallic key down. The rest have similar metallic keys and place them down next to his. Daita asks, aren't we one short? Tsuyoshi answers, it's fine. He grabs his key and gets up. Kenji, Peggy, and Daita also pick up their keys and follow Tsuyoshi. The four exit through a door. The four walk down a corridor towards an elevator. As the elevator heads down, Kenji decides to tease Daita with a riddle. Kenji asks him, what sort of lamp can't be lit? Daita quickly asks Tsuyoshi, what the heck could it be? But Tsuyoshi doesn't have an answer for him. The elevator doors open and the four exit. Daita is still puzzling over the riddle as they walk towards another elevator. This one takes them further below. When the doors open, a man is standing there, strumming his guitar, his face covered by his cowboy hat. Kenji, Peggy, and Daita exchange puzzles glances and they walk towards the man. He lifts his cowboy hat and it is Akira. Tsuyoshi holds up his key in front of him. Akira nods his head and holds up his key. The rest take out their keys and hold them up as well. The five place their interlocking keys into a slot next to a door. Once the keys are placed, the door opens. The five enter the room that is their new base. They take a look around the impressive room with numerous computers. A voice comes over the intercom, telling them, he is the Commander of the Gorengers. He informs them that Gold Mask has attacked a gunpowder factory. A look of recognition passes over Tsuyoshi's face. The Commander continues, they are using kindergarten students as hostages and have invaded the factory. The children are in grave danger. Their mission is to safely rescue the children and defeat Gold Mask. Tsuyoshi flicks a switch and another set of doors open. Inside this room are their vehicles, Red Machine, Blue Machine, Green Machine, and Variblune. Tsuyoshi tells Akira that Variblune is his. Daita tells Akira that he wants to ride with him and Akira agrees. Tsuyoshi tosses helmets to Kenji and Peggy. Akira and Daita enter Variblune, Tsuyoshi hops onto Red Machine, and Kenji and Peggy and get on Green Machine, with Kenji driving and Peggy sitting in the sidecar. Kenji, Peggy, and Tsuyoshi exit through a tunnel that takes them back into the city. While Variblune flies above them. At the gun power factory, Gold Mask is giving instructions to the Zolders. He tells them to lock up the kids and to take all the gunpowder. Soon they all notice Variblune above them. The young students are trapped on a school bus, heading into the factory. Their teacher tries to stop the bus, but she is stopped by the Zolders. One of the Zolders hits her with his gun and she falls to the pavement. Police arrive to try and rescue the kids, but they are rapidly killed by the firing guns of the Zolders. Kenji, Peggy, and Tsuyoshi arrive. Tsuyoshi looks around the devastating scene. Kenji, Peggy, and Tsuyoshi hurry over to the fallen teacher and helps her up. The teacher quickly tells them that the children are inside the warehouse. There's a bomb planted with the kids. Kenji and Tsuyoshi try to pry the factory doors open, but they won't budge. Tsuyoshi notices Variblune above them and contacts Akira and Daita. He instructs them to blow up the warehouse. Variblune is lowered as the children inside continue to scream for help. The bomb ticks away as Kenji kicks the factory doors in frustration. Variblune drops it's buckets on the building's roof and smashes a hole into the roof. The buckets open and attached to the school bus. The school bus is lifted up and through the roof. Kenji, Peggy, and Tsuyoshi smile as they see the school bus in the air - they know the kids are now safe. Variblune flies away as Kenji, Peggy, and Tsuyoshi run towards the teacher and tell her to get down. Moments later, the factory explodes. Afterwards, Tsuyoshi stands up and states that he will never forgive Gold Mask. On his Red Machine, Tsuyoshi pursues Gold Mask. The Zolders throw bombs at Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi does his best to outmaneuver the bombs, but he is eventually knocked off his Red Machine. Tsuyoshi is quickly surrounded by Gold Mask and several Zolders. Tsuyoshi fights the Zolders as Gold Mask throws his weapon towards him. Tsuyoshi avoids being hit by the weapon. The weapon returns to Gold Mask. Gold Mask quickly runs towards Tsuyoshi and holds his weapon above Tsuyoshi. Before he can do anything, Mido Ranger, Momo Ranger, Ao Ranger, and Ki Ranger arrive. Tsuyoshi leaps into the air and transforms into Aka Ranger. Furious Gold Mask asks, who are you? The five triumphantly respond, Gorenger! The Gorengers immediately began to battle the Zolders. Aka Ranger takes out his Red Vute and battles and defeats several Zolders with it. Ao Ranger uses his Blue Cherry against the Zolders. Mido Ranger uses his Midomerang against the Zolders. They defeat several Zolders with their weapons. Ki Ranger uses his physical strength to defeat the Zolders he is against. As he fights, he asks the riddle that is still puzzling him. When the Zolder answers a trump, Ki Ranger is very happy but it doesn't prevent him from destroying the Zolder. Gold Mask is about to strike Momo Ranger when she asks him to wait. Momo Ranger removes her weapon - Pink Mirror and uses it against Gold Mask. The battle continues. Momo Ranger calls out a warning to Aka Ranger and he turns around and defeats another Zolder with his Red Vute. The Zolders are soon defeated and Gold Mask runs away. Aka Ranger states it time for Gorenger Storm! Momo Ranger swirls and a silver ball appears in her hands. She kicks it over to Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger kicks it over to Ki Ranger. Ki Ranger bumps his head against the ball and it heads towards Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger kicks the towards Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger jumps into the air and kicks the ball towards Gold Mask, hitting Gold Mask and destroying him. Afterwards, on their machines, Kenji, Peggy, Tsuyoshi, Akira, and Daita drive along the road, knowing their battle with Black Cross Army has only just begun.

At Snack Shop Gon, Daita is devouring his curry. He is surrounded by Kenji, Tomoko, Haruko, and Taro. A Reversi game board is in front of them. Daita comments on the difficulty of the game. Daita asks for another dish of curry. Cook tells him he is going to turn yellow, if he keeps eating curry. Yuko enters and announces she is back. Cook welcomes her back. Yuko leans over the counter and in a low voice tells Cook, the experiment has been made. She also shows him some papers. Cook, also in a low voice, tells her good work. The Communication Device goes off on Kenji's wrist. Kenji glances over at Daita and gives a small nod. They both get up and leave, making their way towards Gorenger Secret Base. They enter as the Commander is giving their instructions. Professor Kudo was attacked and abducted by Samurai Mask. Their mission is to save Professor Kudo and make sure Black Cross Army does not get his equipment. Tsuyoshi leads the group into the adjoining room and they start to get onto their Machines. Daita notices a door and asks about it. Tsuyoshi tells him they can figure that out later and the group heads out. Once in the city, the teams splits up. Kenji and Daita drive towards Professor Kudo's home. By the time they get there, several Zolders are leaving the home. Mrs. Kudo is frantic as she collapses on the front steps. Kenji and Daita quickly reach her as she shouts her son's name, Koichi, over and over again. Kenji asks her where Koichi is? She answers, the park. Daita tells the mom to hold on as Kenji leaves to search the park. Kenji finds Koichi and takes him to Snack Shop Gon. After awhile, Koichi Kudo screams that he wants to go home and tries to run away. But he is quickly surrounded by Kenji, Daita, Tomoko, Yoko, and Haruko. Daita tries to encourage Koichi to stay by telling him the curry is tasty. But Koichi manages to run away. Daita races out of Snack Shop Gon, searching for Koichi. Kenji races outside as well, followed by Yoko, Tomoko, and Haruko. Kenji shouts at Daita before you go get him, remember our infiltration! Daita returns to tell Kenji, that the kid was entrusted to me! He asks everyone to help. They all agree and all five run around searching for Koichi. Koichi is hiding close by and when he feels the coast is clear, he takes off running in the opposite direction. Koichi is almost in Daita's reach when a jeep stops in front of Koichi. Several Zolders grab a hold of Koichi and load him into the jeep and take off. Daita runs after the jeep, shouting at it to put Koichi down. A Zolder fires his gun at Daita. Daita avoids being hit, but has lost Koichi. He pounds the road in frustration. Kenji catches up to Daita and asks if he is okay? Daita doesn't care if he is hurt or not, the Zolders had gotten Koichi. Daita continues to search the city for Koichi. Kenji is with him and suggests they return to the base. Daita feels he can't go back until he finds Koichi. Later, Kenji and Daita receive the signal from Tsuyoshi's Communication Device. Kenji and Daita quickly hop onto their Machine and head out. Akira flies the Variblune towards the destination. Tsuyoshi has freed Professor Kudo and his son Koichi. Variblune arrives and drops a tube, which Professor Kudo and Koichi stand under. Moments later they shoot start up the tube and into Variblune and safety. Samurai Mask directs the Sand Beam at Tsuyoshi and Peggy, trying to destroy them. Instead, Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger walk out of the smoke. Samurai Mask is surprised. Suddenly Mido Ranger, Ki Ranger, and Ao Ranger appear over them. Aka Ranger and Momo Ranger activates their Birdies. They shoot into the air and soon land beside the rest of the Gorengers. Samurai Mask is furious. The Gorengers jump into the valley and quickly surround Samurai Mask. Samurai Mask angrily asks, who are you?! Aka Ranger responds, Aka Ranger! The rest of the Gorengers also respond with their names, Mido Ranger, Ao Ranger, Ki Ranger, and Momo Ranger! Aka Ranger states, the five of us, together are...GORENGER!! Samurai Mask leaps forward and Ao Ranger stops him. More Zolders arrive. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute to battle the Zolders. The Red Vute wraps around a Zolder's neck and Aka Ranger flips the Zolder to the ground. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute against another Zolder. When it's wrapped around the neck of the Zolder, Aka Ranger calls out to Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger gets his Midomerang ready. When Aka Ranger flings the Zolder, Mido Ranger throws his Midomerang towards the Zolder. It hits the Zolder and knocks it off the cliff. Ki Ranger uses his impressive strength and Judo moves to defeat the Zolders he is fighting against. Momo Ranger lands several chops against a Zolder and then a powerful kick. Ao Ranger is fighting several Zolders as Samurai Mask approaches him. Aka Ranger flips over to where Ao Ranger is. Aka Ranger and Ao Ranger fight Samurai Mask. Aka Ranger lands a kick that knocks Samurai Mask down the hill. Two Zolders race over to the Sand Beam as Samurai Mask tries to outrun Mido Ranger and Ao Ranger. Momo Ranger uses her Earrings Bomb and throws it at the Zolders by the Sand Beam, causing the Zolders to blow up. Aka Ranger fights another group of Zolders. Aka Ranger lands several chops against a Zolder and then flips him over. Momo Ranger lands a powerful kick on another Zolder. Ao Ranger lands a powerful kick on a Zolder. Ki Ranger flips over a Zolder as Mido Ranger fights another group of Zolders. On top of the hill, Ao Ranger is fighting Samurai Mask. Aka Ranger calls out to Ao Ranger, and Ao Ranger flips over to where Mido Ranger and Aka Ranger are standing. Ki Ranger and Momo Ranger leap over to the rest of the Gorengers. They get ready for the Gorenger Storm attack. Momo Ranger swirls around and a silver ball appears in her hands. She throws it to Mido Ranger, who throws it to Ki Ranger, who throws it to Ao Ranger. Ao Ranger throws it high in the air for Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger leaps up into the air and kicks the ball towards Samurai Mask. Gorenger Storm hits Samurai Mask. In the smoke, Samurai Mask tells the Gorengers they have not beaten him yet. I'll create a desert for you from space! Farewell! The ground begins to shake and a missile appears from underneath the ground. Aka Ranger tells the rest, the missile has the Sand Beam device on it. Momo Ranger pulls out an Earring bomb, and tells Ao Ranger to use it. The missile launches into the sky. Ao Ranger fixes the bomb onto one of his arrows, uses his Blue Cherry and fires at the missile. It hits the missile and destroys it and Samurai Mask. After the battle, Kenji, Daita, Akira, Tsuyoshi, and Peggy ride on their Machines, knowing they had stopped Samurai Mask's Desertification Plan. They also know there will be more terrible plans from the Black Cross Army.

Kenji, Peggy, Akira, and Tsuyoshi are at the Gorengers Secret Base when Daita. Akira signals to Daita to be quiet as they are listening to the Commander. The Commander informs them the enemy has developed a new bomb. The blast impact reaches 500 meters underground. Their mission is to steal the detonation device from Black Cross Army's laboratory. The Commander sends the microfilm of their laboratory that was sent from Agent 003. Tsuyoshi takes the paper and microfilm from the slot. He looks at the microfilm as Daita gets closer to the intercom and shouts Commander! The Commander asks, what is it? Daita asks if he is actually Master Gon? The Commander answers that doesn't matter right now! Daita and Tsuyoshi are sent to retrieve the bomb, and with much difficulty they do. Later, Peggy explains the bomb to the team. There are three types of explosives mixing here...which explode when triggered.
