Black Cross Fuhrer launched his attack against several branches of EAGLE. At EAGLE Kanto Branch, a group of young men are playing soccer. Suddenly a cross impales the soccer ball. The young men stare at the ball in confusion. The ball lands on the field and the men gathered around it. Suddenly there is laughter. The men look to see several Zolders and Gold Mask. Zolders run down the embankment towards the young men. Zolders are carrying weapons and make quick work of the defenseless young men. Zolders throw bombs that get rid of any of the men trying to escape. Tsuyoshi has managed to survive. He enters a bombed building and finds his brother. Gold Mask and several Zolders has entered and kills several EAGLE servicemen. Tsuyoshi is unable to stop Gold Mask and his Zolders. Tsuyoshi Kaijo is the sole survivor of the attack at the Kanto Branch. Meanwhile, at EAGLE Tohoku Branch, in Uyu Mountain, several servicemen are training in the snowy terrain. The Black Cross Army flag goes up and Samurai Mask laughs. Samurai Mask also has several Zolders with him. The leader of the training exercise, Akira, recognizes Black Cross Army. Samurai Mask gives the order to attack. Zolders throw several bombs towards the servicemen. Other Zolders run towards the servicemen and continue their attack. Samurai Mask also fights the servicemen. Akira fires his gun at the Zolders, eliminating some of them. Unfortunately he is quickly outnumbered and is the only one to survive the attack. At EAGLE Kyushu Branch, there is judo training in one of the buildings. Suddenly the building begins to shake. The men race out of the building to see what is happening. Several are shot as they exit the building. Some of the men make it out into the fields. Several bombs explode around them and Zolders continue to throw bombs at several more buildings. Other Zolders chase after the remaining men. More bombs are thrown at the men. Daita spots Bronze Mask and soon the Zolders are fighting the men. Daita puts up a good fight against the Zolders. But he is struck from behind and collapses. Thinking they have destroyed everyone, Bronze Mask gives the order for the Zolders to move onward. Only Daita Oiwa survives. Meanwhile, at EAGLE Hokkaido Branch, another training exercise is happening. Suddenly a Black Cross Army jeep arrives and Jade Mask commands the Zolders to attack. Servicemen try to outrun the bombs. Several of the servicemen fall to the ground as the Zolders fire at them. Afterwards, there is only one survivor , Peggy Matsuyama. At EAGLE Kansai Branch, on top of a building, Kenji is looking after the pigeons. Poison Gas Mask and several Zolders arrive. A warning is called out. But it is too late. Poison Gas Mask runs past several servicemen while putting out it's gas. The gas kills the servicemen. The base is destroyed. The only survivor is Kenji Asuka. At the Black Cross Army base, Black Cross Fuhrer stands in front and informs those gathered that the surprise attacks were a success. Black Cross Fuhrer continues the invasion. At the gun power factory, Gold Mask is giving instructions to the Zolders. He tells them to lock up the kids and to take all the gunpowder. Soon they all notice Variblune above them. The young students are trapped on a school bus, heading into the factory. Their teacher tries stop the bus, but she is stopped by the Zolders. One of the Zolders hits her with his gun and she falls to the pavement. Police arrive to try and rescue the kids, but they are rapidly killed by the firing guns of the Zolders. Tsuyoshi, Kenji, and Peggy arrive. Tsuyoshi and Kenji try to pry the factory doors open, but they won't budge. Variblune is lowered as the children inside continue to scream for help. The bomb ticks away as Kenji kicks the factory doors in frustration. Variblune drops it's buckets on the building's roof and smashes a hole into the roof. The buckets open and attached to the school bus. The school bus is lifted up and through the roof. Variblune flies away as Peggy, Kenji, and Tsuyoshi run towards the teacher and tell her to get down. Moments later, the factory explodes. On his Red Machine, Tsuyoshi pursues Gold Mask. The Zolders throw bombs at Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi does his best to outmaneuver the bombs, but he is eventually knocked off his Red Machine. Tsuyoshi is quickly surrounded by Gold Mask and several Zolders. Tsuyoshi fights the Zolders as Gold Mask throws his weapon towards him. Tsuyoshi avoids being hit by the weapon. The weapon returns to Gold Mask. Gold Mask quickly runs towards Tsuyoshi and holds his weapon above Tsuyoshi. Before he can do anything, Ao Ranger, Ki Ranger, Momo Ranger, and Mido Ranger arrive. Tsuyoshi leaps into the air and transforms into Aka Ranger. Furious Gold Mask asks, who are you? The five triumphantly respond, Gorenger! The Gorengers immediately began to battle the Zolders. Aka Ranger takes out his Red Vute and battles and defeats several Zolders with it. Ao Ranger uses his Blue Cherry against the Zolders. Mido Ranger uses his Midomerang against the Zolders. They defeat several Zolders with their weapons. Ki Ranger uses his physical strength to defeat the Zolders he is against. Gold Mask is about to strike Momo Ranger when she asks him to wait. Momo Ranger removes her weapon - Pink Mirror and uses it against Gold Mask. The battle continues. Momo Ranger calls out a warning to Aka Ranger and he turns around defeats a Zolder with his Red Vute. The Zolders are soon defeated and Gold Mask runs away. Aka Ranger states it time for Gorenger Storm! Gold Mask is destroyed Gorenger Storm.

In the valley of a rocky terrain, three scientists and Professor Kudo work together on their latest invention - a Sand Beam. Professor Kudo looks at his stop watch as the time nears for the testing of the Sand Beam. One of the scientists aims the Sand Beam towards the rocky terrain above them. The other two scientists use flags to signal the firing of the Sand Beam. Professor Kudo counts down the seconds and then shouts, commence! The scientist turns on the Sand Beam and it's laser hits the rocky terrain, turning it to sand and causing it to slide down into the valley. The scientists and Professor Kudo are very excited and race towards the aftermath of the Sand Beam. The three scientists begin to examine the ground, and after a quick examination, declare that it was a great success. Professor Kudo reaches down to touch the ground, when suddenly an arrow hits the spot above Professor Kudu's hand. Professor Kudo quickly turns around and spots Samurai Mask and several Zolders standing above them. Samurai Mask congratulates Professor Kudo and tells him that they too have been waiting for this day. Professor Kudo asks them who they are? Samurai Mask introduces himself and adds that they want the Sand Beam equipment. Samurai Mask gives the order and the Zolders leap down to valley. Professor Kudo yells at his scientists to run. Samurai Mask uses his arrow and kills one of the scientists in his back as he was running. The other scientists and Professor Kudo try to outrun the Zolders. With the Sand Beam equipment abandoned, Samurai Mask quickly uses it against the scientists. As the laser hits each scientist, they are enveloped in the red beam and turned into sand. Professor Kudo is captured by the Zolders and he is horrified by what he sees. Soon the wind blows, and any evidence of the scientists are blown away. Still held by the Zolders, Professor Kudo asks Samurai Mask, what have you done? Samurai Mask is not quite pleased with the Sand Beam equipment and tells Professor Kudo that he will improve on the device and turn it into a beam that will melt everything in front of it. Professor Kudo refuses. Samurai Mask threatens him with the death of his son. Soon the Gorengers are informed of what has happened. Kenji and Daita drive towards Professor Kudo's home. By the time they get there, several Zolders are leaving the home. Daita helps the mom as Kenji takes off after the Zolders. Elsewhere, Tsuyoshi, Peggy, and Akira search an area and are soon surrounded by Zolders. Samurai Mask is there as well and he laughs at them. Akira recognizes him as the one who had attacked his branch. Samurai Mask gives the order to attack. Peggy, Akira, and Tsuyoshi quickly transform into Gorenger. Aka Ranger fights several Zolders. He uses his Red Vute on the Zolders as he battles them. Momo Ranger lands several kicks on a Zolder. Ao Ranger battles another batch of Zolders. Samurai Mask shoots arrows at the group as they fight. Ao Ranger manages to avoid being hit, but his boot is soon stuck between some rocks. Samurai Mask keeps shooting arrows. This time the arrows hits Ao Ranger in the arm. Aka Ranger battles more Zolders. Samurai Mask tries to shoot arrows at Aka Ranger, but Aka Ranger leaps out of the way. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute to wrap around Samurai Mask's neck. Samurai Mask struggles and eventually frees himself of the Red Vute. Samurai Mask and Aka Ranger fight each other. Momo Ranger spots the fight. Momo Ranger calls out a warning to Aka Ranger and then throws her Earrings Bomb at Samurai Mask. Samurai Mask appears in the smoke of the explosion and laughs at them and then vanishes. Later, Samurai Mask has several Zolders with him, as they prepare to use the Sand Beam. The Zolders had managed to upgrade the Sand Beam. Samurai Mask fires the equipment and it shoots lasers at a bridge ahead of them. The bridge turns to sand and then collapses in a fiery explosion. Samurai Mask is still not satisfied and wants more power. After awhile, Tsuyoshi, Peggy, and Akira search an area and are soon surrounded by Zolders. Samurai Mask is there as well and he laughs at them. Akira recognizes him as the one who had attacked his branch. Samurai Mask gives the order to attack. Peggy, Akira, and Tsuyoshi quickly transform into Gorenger. Aka Ranger fights several Zolders. He uses his Red Vute on the Zolders as he battles them. Elsewhere, Koichi was taken to safety at the Snack Shop Gon, but he has managed to run away. Koichi is almost in Daita's reach when a jeep stops in front of Koichi. Several Zolders grab a hold of Koichi and load him into the jeep and take off. Daita runs after the jeep, shouting at it to put Koichi down. A Zolder fires his gun at Daita. Daita avoids being hit, but has lost Koichi.
