Black Hair Mask walks up, laughing. Sun Halo Mask is there as well. Black Hair Mask shouts, Black Hair Shoot! A clump of black hair attaches itself to the cabin. The cabin is soon covered in black hair. Peggy and Kenji try to break out of the cabin. Black Hair Mask laughs and notes it's all going smoothly. Sun Halo Mask orders a Zolder to turn on the switch. The Zolder does so and the cabin begins to move on it's rotation. Black Hair Mask and Sun Halo Mask watches the cabin lift into the air. Black Hair Mask notes they can't go anywhere now! The cabin continues it's way to the top of the Ferris Wheel. Black Hair Mask has a Zolder stop the cabin. The cabin is now stuck on top of the Ferris Wheel. Black Hair Mask tells Sun Halo Mask, start Operation Japan Desertification right now! They leave the amusement park. Afterwards, a Black Cross Army truck makes it's way to White Mountain Reservoir. Following behind is Tsuyoshi, Daita, and Akira on their Machines. Tsuyoshi manages to get ahead of the truck and stops in front of it. The truck stops as Tsuyoshi tells them, I will not allow you to get to the reservoir. Akira fights several Zolders. Tsuyoshi fights punches another Zolder several times. Daita head butts a Zolder. Tsuyoshi fights another batch of Zolders. Sun Halo Mask gives the order to kill all three of them! Tsuyoshi transforms into Aka Ranger. Aka Ranger fights another group of Zolders. Ao Ranger kicks several Zolders. Ki Ranger strikes a Zolder several times. Aka Ranger fights another batch of Zolders. He uses his Red Vute to strike several of them. Sun Halo Mask shouts, time to stop this meaningless fight! Sun Halo Mask shoots his beam towards Aka Ranger. As Aka Ranger avoids being hit, Sun Halo Mask tells Black Hair Mask he is going to the reservoir now. Meanwhile, Mido Ranger has broke out the glass window and Variblune has arrived to pick up Mido Ranger, Momo Ranger, and Yoko. Elsewhere, Sun Halo Mask and Black Hair Mask, along with several Zolders walk confidently along a pathway at the reservoir. Soon, Aka Ranger, Ao Ranger, and Ki Ranger face down Sun Halo Mask, Black Hair Mask, and several Zolders.
