They stop when Poison Gas Mask and several Zolders are spotted. Poison Gas Mask commands the Zolders to attack. The Gorengers and Zolders fight each other. Aka Ranger wraps his Red Vute around a Zolder and defeats it. Mido Ranger fights two Zolders with several kicks. Momo Ranger fights another pair of Zolders with several chops. Ki Ranger knocks the Zolders against each other. Ao Ranger fights a Zolder with several chops. Ki Ranger distracts another group of Zolders and then punches the leader, causing the leader and the Zolders behind him to fall to the ground. Aka Ranger fights another Zolder with his Red Vute. It wraps around the Zolder's neck and Aka Ranger gives a kick, knocking the Zolder aside. Ao Ranger punches another group of Zolders. Soon all the Zolders are defeated. Poison Gas Mask is destroyed by Gorenger Storm and the factory workers are rescued by the Gorengers.

In the dead of night, a car stops and flashes it's headlights. The headlights illuminated Steel Ring Mask and a pair of Zolders. A man gets out of the car and walks towards Steel Ring Mask. He is carrying a briefcase. Steel Ring Mask asks the man if he has the blueprints? The man nods his head yes and asks, you're really buying it for 100 million yen? Steel Ring Mask replies yes. Steel Ring Mask has a Zolder step forward. The Zolder opens his briefcase and displays the money. The man opens his briefcase and takes out EAGLE'S blueprints. The man unfolds the blueprints and shows it to Steel Ring Mask. Steel Ring Mask wants to know where the secret room is? The man points to an area and replies here. He also gives him other details on the blueprints, explaining it looks like a simple supply closet, but there is a large computer inside. A room has a hidden safe. The hidden safe is behind a triple layer door. The first door is protected by strengthened steel. And inside, there are special guards. The man concludes infiltration is impossible. The exchange is made. Steel Ring Mask boasts there is no infiltration that is impossible for him. The man leaves in his car. Suddenly the car explodes. Steel Ring Mask and the pair of Zolders watch the explosion with great satisfaction. Soon, Steel Ring Mask and several Zolders locate the building on the blueprint. A Zolder places a bomb on power line tower close by and Steel Ring Mask has them detonate the bomb. The bomb blows up the tower, knocking out the power. Steel Ring Mask enters the building through a window and kills the EAGLE soldiers, locates the vault, and steals the microfilm. Afterwards, Steel Ring Mask is in a small room with several Zolders and they are plotting their next move. Suddenly Tsuyoshi drops into the room. Steel Ring Mask knows that Tsuyoshi is Aka Ranger. A Zolder tries to attack Tsuyoshi, but he easily knocks him aside. Tsuyoshi tells Steel Ring Mask, stealing people's belongings! The police will give you a scolding! Tsuyoshi is unaware a Zolder is approaching from behind him. But Kenji is behind the Zolder and calls out a warning. Tsuyoshi and Kenji easily knock out the Zolder. Steel Ring Mask orders the remaining Zolders to get them! Tsuyoshi flings a Zolder and lands a chop on another. Kenji tries to take on Steel Ring Mask. But Steel Ring Mask knocks him aside, grabs the microfilm and gets away. Steel Ring Mask takes off on a motorcycle. After awhile, Steel Ring Mask jumps into a boat and takes off. Tsuyoshi and Kenji pursue Steel Ring Mask in their boat. Steel Ring Mask hides out on a sailboat and eventually takes the small family hostage and forces them back on land. Steel Ring Mask tells Kumi's parents to follow him. He has them follow him to a hilly area and tells them, now that you know my true intentions, I can't let you live. A Zolder comes forward and takes Kumi away. A pair of Zolders grab hold of Kumi's parents as they try to struggle free to help their daughter. Steel Ring Mask is ready to continue decrypting. He inserts the microfilm once more underneath his head plate. Soon, Kenji and Tsuyoshi jump down and immediately wrestle the Zolder away from Kumi. Kenji protects Kumi as Tsuyoshi fights the rest of the Zolders. Once free, Yuiko runs over to Kumi as does her father. The family are hiding behind Kenji and Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi tells Kenji to keep the family safe. Kenji takes the family away from the fight as Tsuyoshi continues fighting the Zolders, punching one in the face. Tsuyoshi flips two of the Zolders over. Steel Ring Mask removes one of his rings and throws it towards Tsuyoshi. Tsuyoshi leaps away as an explosion hits close by. Steel Ring Mask throws several more rings, but they all miss as Tsuyoshi avoids being hit. Tsuyoshi fights another Zolder. Kumi's dad carries her as they ran away. With his Communication Device, Kenji contacts Akira and lets them know of the fight. Kenji and Tsuyoshi transforms into Mido Ranger and Aka Ranger. Soon the rest of the Gorengers arrive. Steel Ring Mask is confused at the arrival of the Gorengers. Akira has landed Variblune and quickly leaps over a fence to join in. Akira punches a Zolder several times and then transforms into Ao Ranger. The Gorengers face down Steel Ring Mask. Steel Ring Mask commands the Zolders to attack. The Zolders race forward. Aka Ranger kicks a Zolder away. Ki Ranger shouts as he fights, this is for the fallen soldiers of EAGLE! Mido Ranger leaps and lands a flying kick on a Zolder. Ao Ranger uses his Blue Cherry and hits a Zolder with it's arrow. Mido Ranger lands several punches on a Zolder. Momo Ranger kicks a Zolder away. Aka Ranger uses his Red Vute to knock a Zolder aside. Ki Ranger slams a Zolder into another Zolder. Ao Ranger fires his Blue Cherry at another Zolder and hits it. Aka Ranger knocks aside another Zolder with his Red Vute. Mido Ranger punches another Zolder. Two Zolders come charging towards Mido Ranger. Mido Ranger uses his Midomerang and strikes them both.
