Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Billy are at Billy's lab. Billy's young friend, Willy, is there as well. Willy is nervous about his science fair project. Billy reassures Willy that the science fair project will be great. Billy and Will walk over to where Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Jason are standing. They all put on goggles and Willy starts his program. The science fair project makes you feel as if you are on a roller coaster. Trini, Billy, Willy, Jason, and Zack are blown away and enjoy the experience. Kimberly starts freaking out and starts shouting that she wants off. Willy turns off the program. Jason is very impressive with Willy's invention. The teens help Willy pack up his project to take it to Angel Grove's Junior Science Fair.
At the Moon Palace, Rita has been watching Billy's lab. Rita laughs as she turns around and hollers for Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt. Rita tells them to take the young boy with the teens. Rita wants to steal his intelligence.
Billy, Willy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini are walking through the park, on their way to the science fair. Suddenly numerous Putties arrive. One of the Putties grabs Willy. Jason gets Willy back and places him in the middle of the circle. Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Billy battle the Putties as they try to keep Willy safe.
Zack, Kimberly, Trini, Billy, and Jason battled the Putties as they continue to stay in a circle formation. The Putties are unable to get a hold of Willy. Eventually the teens defeated the Putties. As the Putties hit the ground, they vanish. Willy is impressed. Kimberly, Trini, Billy, Jason, and Zack walk with Willy to the science fair.
Rita walks into Finster's workroom and asks him what he has for her. Finster reminds Rita about Eye Guy. Eye Guy has successfully stolen children's intelligence before. Rita is very pleased. Eye Guy is particularly evil.
