The Junior Science Fair is being held at the Youth Center. Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, Billy, and Willy enter just as the judge urges everyone to get to their booth. If you are late, you are disqualified. Billy and Willy held over to the booth. Zack offers to help. Billy tells them they have everything under control and to go have fun. Billy and Willy begin setting up. Willy becomes nervous when there is a problem. Billy tells him not to worry, the judge is going to love his holo game and they set to work on correcting the problem and setting everything up.
Inside Finster's workroom, Finster presented Eye Guy to Rita. Eye Guy arrived as several eye balls floating and then coming all together. Rita was very impressed, as was Squatt. Goldar was there as well, but he didn't pay any attention to what was going on. Back at the Youth Center, Bulk & Skull entered. Bulk wondered what was going, as there was a lot of activity. Skull pulled down a flyer that announced the fair. Skull wasn't impressed, as there were no rides. Bulk quickly realized it was a science fair and they were in a room full of nerds. Skull quickly covered his face and wanted to leave so he wouldn't get nerdititis. But Bulk wanted to have some fun and dragged Skull into the room. They spotted a young boy with an interesting gadget. Skull took it and Bulk told Skull to spray something with it. Skull did, aiming at Bulk's pants, which made them disappear. The place erupted in laughter and Bulk was not happy.
