Eye Guy takes Willy. Willy's cap drops on the ground as Willy struggles, but is still captured. Willy is confused as he spins around in the Internal Vortex. From her palace, Rita laughs as she is very pleased.
Jason, Zack, and Billy search the park for Willy. They yell and whistle, but get no response. Soon Trini and Kimberly join them in their search. Billy spots Willy's cap on the ground and points it out to Zack and Jason. The guys hurry over and Billy picks up the cap. Jason is positive Rita has something to do with this. Kimberly and Trini join the guys. Billy shows the girls Willy's lucky cap. The teens are concern. The teens' communicators go off. Jason tells them it's Zordon. Zack, Kimberly, Trini, Billy, and Jason teleport to the Command Center. When they arrive, Billy asks Zordon about Willy. Zordon is aware of what has been happening and instructs the teens to go to the viewing globe. The viewing globe shows Eye Guy capturing Willy. Zordon explains that Willy is in the Internal Vortex, which is in Eye Guy's main eye. The teens morph and teleport out. The Rangers arrive to where Eye Guy is. Baboo is with Eye Guy. When Baboo sees the Power Rangers, Baboo leaves. The Rangers battled Eye Guy with their Power Weapons. Eye Guy fires back at them.
