Happy Birthday, Zack

It's after hours at the Youth Center. Although the place is close, Kimberly, Trini, and Billy are there. They are getting the place ready for a surprise birthday party for Zack. Billy has brought over his cake-o-matic machine and it is having a bit of a problem. Ernie tries to get Billy's attention, but Billy has his headphones on and doesn't hear Ernie. Kimberly walks over and tells Billy that Ernie needs his help. At this point, Ernie has slid down to the floor and is covered with cake batter. Billy tries to stop the flow of cake batter, but he can't. Billy kneels down and tells Ernie he guesses he has a few glitches to work out. Ernie tells him he hates machines.
Rita and Finster are on the palace balcony. Rita has been watching Kimberly, Trini, Billy, Jason, and Ernie set up a surprise birthday party for Zack. Rita starts laughing. Rita: A birthday! We must make a present. Finster: Oh yes, I have just the present in mind for good old Zack. I'm going to make a monster that will wipe him out!
At the Youth Center, Kimberly tells Trini she did okay on her banner. Trini knows Kimberly is joking and tells her to get back to work. Billy can't figure out what's wrong with the cake-o-matic. Ernie has cleaned himself up and is at the counter when Jason walks in and asks what's up. Ernie tells Jason that the cake-o-matic went on the war path. Kimberly, who is sitting on the counter blowing the balloons, laughs. Ernie asks them if they had heard the latest about the Power Rangers. Jason and Billy pretend like they have to remember who they are. Ernie thinks the Power Rangers will do for Angel Grove, what Batman has done for Gotham. Jason asks Ernie what he has heard. Ernie tells them he has heard the Power Rangers are just like them. Jason tells Ernie he has heard that they are aliens. Ernie is totally blown away. Jason tells him to keep the information low key. Ernie walks away, still amaze that the Power Rangers are aliens. Bulk drags Skull into the Youth Center. Bulks quickly sees that the four teens are setting up for a birthday party. Billy walks up to Bulk and tells him the place is close. Bulk doesn't care and picks up Billy and puts him on the counter. Skull walks over to where Trini is and picks up the banner she has made and shows it to Bulk. Bulk takes the banner and blows his nose in it. Trini is outrage, she has worked hard on the banner. Skull is willing to make it up to Trini by going on a date. Skull has been leading Trini and walking backwards and trips and falls. Kimberly laughs. Bulk doesn't appreciate it and walks up to Kimberly, takes the balloon and blows the air into her face. Jason comments that someone should let the air out of Bulk. Bulk charges towards Jason. Jason had been leading against a pole and moves out of the way. Bulk hits his head on pole and falls into the box of balloons. Skull gets up and charges towards Billy. Skull also runs into a pole and is dizzy. Billy laughs. Skull charges towards Billy. Billy opens the door to his cake-o-matic and Skull runs into it.
