Tommy is walking through the park when several Putties arrive. Tommy fights the Putties, but is captured. Tommy is taken to the dark chamber where Goldar waits for him. Goldar tells Tommy that he is going to get the Sword of Power from his friends and give it to him. Tommy tells Goldar that he will not betray his friends. Goldar places Tommy under a spell and Tommy is ready to obey Goldar. Goldar spots a fallen book from Tommy's backpack. The book has a picture of a creature that Goldar thinks would make a great monster and submits it for Lord Zedd's approval. Lord Zedd thinks the creature is perfect. I will use you to lure the Power Rangers into my trap. Good bye Power Rangers! Say hello to the Robogoat! Lord Zedd zaps the picture with his staff. The picture becomes real as Robogoat is freed from the book. Robogoat introduces himself and tells Goldar he is ready to butt heads with the Power Rangers. Goldar laughs. Tommy is sent back to Angel Grove where he heads to the Youth Center. Tommy joins the teens and asks, what's up? Zack tells him, hey man, you're just in time. Zedd's at it again. Jason informs Zordon that they're teleporting. The teens teleport out of the Youth Center. The teens arrive at the Command Center. Trini points to the viewing globe, where images of Robogoat are displayed. Kimberly asks, what is that thing? Zordon replies, his name is Robogoat. And he draws his various strengths from mystical and mechanical sources. You must stop him before he reaches Angel Grove. With a smirk that no one else sees, Tommy takes a closer look at the viewing globe. Tommy states, count me in. Kimberly protests. No way. Tommy you have to conserve your powers. Jason adds, we may need to rely on you for a bigger battle later on. Assuming a look of concern, Tommy turns around and faces his friends. He tells them, wait a minute. Zordon, what if we summon the Sword of Power? Maybe that would give me an extra boost of power that would sustain me through the fight. Billy agrees, this might work. Zordon agrees as well. It's worth a try Rangers. The teens form a circle and place their hands in the center as they summon the Sword of Power. The sword appears in Tommy's hands. Tommy waves it around. Kimberly screams and clutches Zack's wrist. Tommy gives an evil laugh as he tells them their days as Power Rangers are numbered. Tommy vanishes. Tommy returns to the dark chamber with the sword.
