Tommy answers, Zordon come in. Zordon tells Tommy we have an emergency and can't locate the rest of the Rangers. The Green Ranger is calling on the Dragonzord. Once in control, he would use his powers for evil. Tommy replies, I'll do my best to stop him Zordon. Zordon warns Tommy to be very careful and may the power protect you. Soon, Zordon contacts Tommy and tells him, even though you feel weak, if you can manage to morph, you will be reenergized for a brief time. Tommy morphs. White Ranger exclaims, alright! It worked Zordon! Now to put an end to Green Ranger once and for all! Lord Zedd is aware that White Ranger is trying to stop Green Ranger and sends down Zedd's Putties. Three Putties arrive in the park. White Ranger can't believe it - not you guys again! Well, first thing first. White Ranger takes a leap into the air and then battles the three Putties. He quickly defeats them. White Ranger states, nice try Zedd, but you have to do better than that. White Ranger pulls out Saba and asks if he is okay. Saba is fine. White Ranger tells him we better put a move on the Green Ranger before Zedd decides to turn up the heat. White Ranger summons White Tiger Zord. White Tiger Zord arrives and White Ranger leaps up onto the zord. He tells Saba let's show them good always triumphs over evil. Dragonzord is ready to battle. White Ranger enters the zord. White Ranger states, sorry old friend, but I got to shut you down. White Tiger Zord and Dragonzord charge at each other. White Tiger Zord fires blasts at Dragonzord. But Dragonzord is still standing. Saba suggests a bit more power. White Ranger command the Tiger Zord to go into warrior mode. The battle between White Tiger Zord and Dragonzord continues. Tiger Zord fires it thunder bolt. Dragonzord is hit, but keeps coming towards Tiger Zord. Dragonzord uses it's tail to hit Tiger Zord. White Ranger is knocked out of Tiger Zord. Saba calls out a warning to White Ranger. Green Ranger and the Wizard of Deception have arrived and face White Ranger. The Wizard of Deception asks White Ranger if he is ready to surrender? Green Ranger reminds him that only one Tommy can survive. The Wizard of Deception asks him what will it be? White Ranger replies he might surrender, if the Wizard could send him to the same place he had sent his friends. Green Ranger is surprised. You want to travel 200 hundred years back in time? White Ranger is happy to get the information. White Ranger is ready to battle Green Ranger when Zordon contacts him. White Ranger replies, I read you Zordon. I hope you have good news. Zordon tells him, yes Tommy. We located the other Rangers. Capture the wizard's magic wand and use it to transport back in time to rescue them. White Ranger immediately kicks the wand out of the Wizard of Deception's hand. The wand lands behind the Wizard of Deception. White Ranger lands another kick on the Wizard of Deception, knocking him to the ground. White Ranger races over to the wand, but so does Green Ranger. Green Ranger yanks White Ranger's hand away. White Ranger and Green Ranger face each other. White Ranger leaps over Green Ranger and lands by the wand. White Ranger grabs the wand. White Ranger tells Green Ranger, you of all people, should never underestimate me. White Ranger lets Zordon know that he's got the wand. White Ranger uses the wand to teleport back in time. In the past, the citizens and the teens are still running from the giant rats. They all end up in front of a platform, while the rats stay in the woods. Suddenly White Ranger appears on the platform. Rocky, Aisha, Billy, and Kimberly are very happy to see him. White Ranger is glad they are safe. White Ranger tells them I've come to take you back, but we got to hurry. Green Ranger has unleashed Dragonzord on Angel Grove. Aisha is concern, we can't just leave these people with these giant rats running around. Kimberly walks up to the platform and stands next to White Ranger. White Ranger tells Aisha there is no time for that right now. We'll come back and finish off those dirty rats. Adam asks Marissa to come with them. There is so much I want to show you. Marissa declines. This is my world, you must return to yours. Marissa gives him a kiss on his check. Rocky grabs his arm and leads him up to the platform. Marissa is sad to see Adam leave. White Ranger tells the crowd not to worry. We will come back and take care of those rats. Rocky, Aisha, Billy, and Adam scrambled up onto the platform. Adam tells Marissa that he will never forget her. White Ranger, Adam, Billy, Kimberly, Rocky, and Aisha cling to each other. White Ranger uses the wand and they vanish. Soon, White Ranger, Kimberly, Aisha, Billy, Rocky, and Adam arrived in the park where Green Ranger and the Wizard of Deception are waiting. White Ranger tells his friends to morph and shut down Dragonzord. White Ranger will take care of Green Ranger and the Wizard of Deception. Adam, Billy, Kimberly, Aisha, and Rocky morph. They summon their Thunderzords and they soon arrive. Thunder Megazord is formed. Thunder Megazord faces down Dragonzord. Back at the park, White Ranger faces down the Wizard of Deception and Green Ranger. White Ranger tells them, it looks like the show is over wizard! Your evil magic will be your downfall! White Ranger uses the wand against the Wizard of Deception. The Wizard of Deception is hit and destroyed. White Ranger tells Green Ranger he is finally free from the wizard's evil spell. Green Ranger feels like such a fool. I can't believe I let him control me. White Ranger tells him you control the Dragonzord. You can stop it. Green Ranger tells him, he can't. White Ranger tells him, he has to. Meanwhile, Dragonzord and Thunder Megazord battle. Thunder Megazord lands a punch on Dragonzord, knocking him to the ground. Dragonzord gets back up. Dragonzord uses it's tail against Thunder Megazord. Dragonzord fires several missiles at Thunder Megazord. Thunder Megazord is not hit and starts walking towards Dragonzord. Thunder Megazord is about to strike, when White Ranger comes running up, yelling at them to wait. Guys, you don't need to do that now! Wait! Stop! Inside the Thunder Megazord, the rest of the Rangers do not hear White Ranger and call for the thunder saber, battle action! Green Ranger realizes White Ranger is right and he must stop Dragonzord. Green Ranger starts playing the Dragon Dagger. The evil spell is broken and Dragonzord falls to the ground. Green Ranger exclaims, the wizard's spell is broken! Inside the Thunder Megazord, the rest of the Rangers are jubilant. Green Ranger knows it's time to return the Dragonzord to the sea. He plays the Dragon Dagger once more. Dragonzord gets back up and heads back into the sea. Green Ranger is happy that at least that is over with. Saba wants to know what to do with two Tommys. White Ranger replies, we will figure something out. Dragonzord sinks beneath the water. Green Ranger sinks to the ground. He can't believe he was responsible for all that destruction. White Ranger kneels by him. He explains you were under the wizard's magic spell. It wasn't your fault. No matter how hard they try, Rita and Zedd have never been able to turn me evil. Green Ranger wonders about himself. White Ranger tells him not a single part of me. Now, I've got some unfinished business to attend to in the form of giant rats. Come with me. Together we can free Angel Grove's past from Lord Zedd's evil spell. Both Rangers get up. Green Ranger is still reluctant. White Ranger tells him, come on Tom. White Ranger uses the wand to send them both back in the past. In the past, the citizens are still running in terror from the giant rats. They all pause when they see the arrival of the White Ranger and Green Ranger. With their backs against each other, White Ranger and Green Ranger face down the giant rats. Green Ranger is ready for one last battle. He takes a flying leap and hits one of the giant rats. The crowd, including Uncle Ben, the commander of the British regiment, and Marissa are impressed. White Ranger fights the other two giant rats. Landing several kicks and punches. White Ranger picks up the tail of one the giant rats and tosses him through the air. Green Ranger takes his rat and tosses him to the ground where the rest of the rats are. The giant rats lay on the ground, struggling to get back up. Green Ranger thinks it's time to shrink these guys back to size. White Ranger agrees and uses the wand to return the rats back to normal size. The citizens cheer. White Ranger and Green Ranger walk towards each other as the crowd gathers around them. White Ranger congratulations Green Ranger on a job well done. Now, it's time we head home. Green Ranger tells him he can't. You said yourself, only one of us can exist at the same time. White Ranger is confident that Zordon will think of something. Green Ranger tells him there is no place for him there. Let me stay here where I can do some good for a change. The commander of the British regiment tells Green Ranger he is always welcome to join his regiment. The crowd cheers again. Green Ranger doesn't think he will be needing the Green Ranger uniform anymore. White Ranger is reluctant, but if his mind is made up. White Ranger uses the wand and Green Ranger demorphs and is dressed in colonial clothes. White Ranger wishes him nothing but luck and they shake hands. White Ranger hopes everything works out for him. Hey, I'll never forget you. Tom replies, you don't have much of a choice. I'm a part of you. Tom snaps his fingers and a three corner hat appears in his hand. The crowd is amazed. Tom walks away. White Ranger vanishes as he travels back to his own time. In present time, Tommy and Rocky are sparring. Adam, Billy, Kimberly, and Aisha are sitting at a table with their homework. Adam is lost in thought. Aisha tells her friends, she is so glad Zordon destroyed that magic wand. Kimberly agrees, that thing was bad news. Tommy has overheard their conversation and adds there was some good that came out of it. Rocky notices that Adam is lost in thought and asks him what's up? Adam replies he's just thinking. Tommy, Billy, Kimberly, Aisha, and Rocky all know who Adam is thinking about. Billy tries to comfort Adam by telling him at least we know they are all okay now. This really doesn't make Adam feel any better. A couple of students walk pass. One accidentally knocks the books out of the other. The girl kneels down to pick up her stuff. Adam offers to help and starts to gather some of her things. Kimberly and Aisha look at each other as they realize the girl looks like Marissa. The girl looks up at Adam. Adam is taken aback at who the girl looks like. Kimberly, Aisha, and Rocky all smile, happy for their friend. The girl smiles and Adam smiles back at her.

Angel Grove High School is having student elections. Signs and banners are posted everywhere. Tommy, Aisha, Kimberly, and Billy are walking together through the halls. Aisha spots one of the signs and points it out to her friends. Billy asks Tommy if he ever thought about being school president. Tommy is unsure - it's kind of a big responsibility. Billy agrees that it is. Billy wants Tommy to think of the thrill of the political process. A real chance to make a difference. Billy adds that if Tommy runs, he will be his campaign manager. Tommy is still unsure and asks Kimberly what she thinks? Kimberly replies I think you would make a great president. With Kimberly's support, Tommy decides to go for school president. Billy and Tommy walk off as Kimberly and Aisha head over to their lockers. Billy has already come up with a campaign slogan - Tommy Oliver - Best Man For The Job. Tommy likes it. After a few moments, Kimberly and Aisha walk over to Tommy and Billy. Kimberly asks Tommy how he would feel if she decided to run for student president. Tommy thinks it's a great idea. At least one of them will win. Tommy shakes Kimberly's hand and wishes her good luck. After school, Tommy and Kimberly are walking in the park. Tommy compliments Kimberly on her campaign slogans and Kimberly returns the compliment. Kimberly is very happy that they can run against each other and get along so well. Baboo and Squatt are hiding behind some bushes. They spot Tommy and Kimberly and quickly spread out the magic rope across the sidewalk. Baboo plans to pull it when they go by. Tommy and Kimberly are laughing and talking and do not see the magic rope. They trip over it and fall onto the sidewalk. They are instantly put under the spell. Tommy gets up and blames Kimberly for getting in the way and making him fall. Kimberly slaps his offered hand away and gets up. Kimberly accuses Tommy of pushing her out of the way. Tommy and Kimberly get into each other's faces. Tommy tells her she can't take a little competition. Kimberly laughs and replies you're the one who can't take it. That's why I'm going to beat you so badly in the elections. Tommy and Kimberly storm off in different directions. The next day, Tommy is defacing one of Kimberly's campaign posters.
