Page Twenty-Nine

Tommy and his friends are inside the Command Center. Zordon: "Billy, your new friends and their teacher are in very serious trouble. It is imperative that we establish their location coordinates." Billy: "The computer data reports that Mr. Anderson, Adam, Rocky, and Aisha are being held in some sort of closed area, in another dimension." Alpha 5: "Ai yi yi! Goldar must have taken them to Lord Zedd's Dimension of Despair." Soon Zordon guides the teens over to the viewing globe. It shows Terror Blossom attacking. It is also important to rescue Aisha, Adam, and Rocky before they fall under Lord Zedd's plans. Zordon decides to split the team in half. Trini, Jason, and Zack will go battle Terror Blossom while Tommy, Billy, and Kimberly go rescue Adam, Rocky, and Aisha. Because Lord Zedd has jammed their communicators, the teens will use a new method of traveling, jetting. Tommy and his friends morph and teleport out. White Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger arrive just outside the cave of the Dimension of Despair. Within seconds, White Ranger tells Blue Ranger to wait. I read you Zordon. We're just about to go in. Zordon tells White Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger the threat of the flower monster has increased. He must be stopped immediately. White Ranger hopes their friends will be okay until they get back. Zordon contacts White Ranger and tells him to transport now. White Ranger responds, we're on our way Zordon. Blue Ranger, let's put these two on ice. White Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger teleport to the park. When they arrive, Hatchasaurus greets them. White Ranger asks, where's the flower monster? Hatchasaurus replies, don't worry, we'll keep you company. Several of Zedd's Putties appear. White Ranger states, thanks, but no thanks. Hatchasaurus tells the Putties, come on boys, let's have a little fun. Black Ranger battles a group of Putties. White Ranger battles another set of Putties. Pink Ranger and Yellow Ranger battle a group of Putties together. Blue Ranger battles another set of Putties. Red Ranger battles a set of Putties. Hatchasaurus watches as the Rangers battle the Putties. White Ranger kicks Hatchasaurus and knocks it's off it's feet. Hatchasaurus becomes angry. That's quite enough. I'm not going to take this from you Power Brats again. Lord Zedd throws down his grow bomb. Hatchasaurus catches it and grows to giant size. White Ranger comments, great, just what we didn't need right now. Hatchasaurus states, what a lovely day for a walk through downtown Angel Grove. Blue Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger summon their Thunder Zords. White Ranger comments to Saba, looks like we got our work cut out for us. Ready? Saba replies, whenever you are. White Ranger summons White Tiger Zord. The Thunder Zords combine and form Thunder Megazord. White Tiger Zord arrives and White Ranger leaps up and enters. White Ranger has White Tiger Zord convert to warrior mode. Hatchasaurus tells them, you won't stop me. White Tiger Warrior Mode punches Hatchasaurus, knocking it off it's feet. Hatchasaurus gets back up and Thunder Megazord strikes it with it's sword several times, knocking Hatchasaurus off it's feet once more. Thunder Megazord forms a powerful energy smoke ball and hits Hatchasaurus with it. Hatchasaurus blows apart. But the victory doesn't last long. Alpha 5 contacts the Rangers and tells them they must destroy Cardiatron before Hatchasaurus reassembles. White Ranger responds, consider it done Zordon. Zordon instructs them, after that, resume your original mission to rescue the three young people and their teacher. White Ranger replies, we'll take care of it right away. Right guys?! The rest of the Rangers shout, right! Hatchasaurus is whole again and shouts, I'm back! Zordon contacts White Ranger and tells him, Lord Zedd will do anything to guard against your interference. Please be careful. White Ranger responds, right Zordon. White Tiger Zord! Power Up! White Ranger shouts, let's finish this guy off! Hatchasaurus destroys several buildings as Thunder Megazord and White Tiger Warrior Mode arrive. Hatchasaurus shouts, oh no, not this time. Hatchasaurus uses it's body to bump Thunder Megazord away. Hatchasaurus charges towards Thunder Megazord. Thunder Megazord punches it several times and Hatchasaurus falls to the pavement. Hatchasaurus gets back up and claims, I'm not finished yet. In fact, I still have a couple of surprises for you. A mini volcano appears on each shoulder of Hatchasaurus. Hatchasaurus shouts, give me a smile and tilts his shoulders towards Thunder Megazord. The mini volcanoes fire several blasts at Thunder Megazord. As Thunder Megazord tries to keep it's footing, White Tiger Warrior Mode steps in front of Thunder Megazord and gets blasted as well. Thunder Megazord and White Tiger Warrior Mode fall to the pavement. Hatchasaurus charges towards the fallen Thunder Megazord and White Tiger Warrior Mode. Both quickly get back up. Once more, Thunder Megazord walks towards Hatchasaurus. Hatchasaurus continues to fire at Thunder Megazord. Hatchasaurus gloats, the end is near Power Rangers! Hatchasaurus laughs as it charges towards Thunder Megazord. Thunder Megazord pulls out it's sword and Hatchasaurus states, that toy is useless. Hatchasaurus fires it's mini volcanoes at Thunder Megazord. Thunder Megazord is hit several times and it loses it's sword. Hatchasaurus gloats, I told you! Hatchasaurus charges towards Thunder Megazord. Thunder Megazord picks up it's sword. Thunder Megazord strikes Hatchasaurus. Hatchasaurus shouts, you're not playing fair! White Ranger tells Saba, arm the thunder bolt. Hatchasaurus charges towards them once more. White Tiger Warrior Mode fires it's thunder bolt. Hatchasaurus is hit and destroyed. White Ranger laughs and states, you're the one who is finished Hatchasaurus, for good. Zordon has Alpha 5 teleport the Rangers back to the Command Center. Alpha 5 quickly does so. When the teens arrive, Zordon tells them they did a good job. But our troubles are far from over. Lord Zedd is still holding your friends captive in his dimension of despair. Tommy and his friends walk over to the viewing globe, as Zordon continues, with the hope of luring their powers to the service of evil. The viewing globe shows images of Terror Blossom. Zordon adds, meanwhile the Terror Blossom is still rampaging through Angel Grove. Looking for a heat source to germinate his seed pod. Alpha 5 comments, how strange that a creature that freezes everything in it's path would need heat to reproduce itself. Zordon tells them, even Lord Zedd cannot escape the laws of nature. The teens turn around and face Zordon. Zordon tells them, both situations demand your attention. Alpha 5 adds, you'll have to split into two teams again. The teens morph and teleport out. White Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger arrived outside of the cave. Blue Ranger shouts, let's get those guys out of there! White Ranger agrees. But as soon as he tells him that, White Ranger tells Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger to hold on. White Ranger states, yes Zordon, I read you loud and clear. What's up? Zordon informs them that Jason, Trini, and Zack were caught in the monster's shower of petals. Alpha 5 adds, they are frozen solid. Pink Ranger asks, what now? We've got to help them. Blue Ranger states, we also have an obligation to Rocky, Aisha, and Adam. Pink Ranger points out, they can't be in two places at one time. Blue Ranger asks Zordon how much time do they have left? Zordon replies, I'm afraid it doesn't look good. Alpha 5 asks what do we do as he looks at the viewing globe, which is showing images of the snake. Zordon continues, Goldar's snake has completed it's transformation and is slowly making it's way toward your young friends and their teacher. Alpha 5 feels bad, it's not fair that they have to choose. Zordon agrees but doesn't see any other way. Unless you can transport Jason and the others back to the Command Center in their frozen state. Alpha 5 tries but can't. Alpha 5 apologizes, I can't bring them home without the other Rangers. White Ranger responds, it's okay Zordon. We understand. Zordon tells them to move swiftly. There is no time to lose. Blue Ranger replies, don't worry, we'll make it. Pink Ranger agrees. We'll get Jason and the others and then we'll come back. White Ranger is ready to go. Hang in there buddy! Help's on the way. White Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger teleport away to the park. White Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger immediately spot Terror Blossom. Terror Blossom asks, come to join your friends, have you? White Ranger shouts, let's get him! The three Rangers charge towards Terror Blossom. Terror Blossom shoots them with several petals. The three Rangers leaps out of the way. As Terror Blossom shoots them with more petals, Pink Ranger notes they need to get their friends out. White Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger run over to Black Ranger, Red Ranger, and Yellow Ranger. They each grab a Ranger. Terror Blossom tells them they won't get away that easily. Terror Blossom shoots more petals at them. The Rangers manage to teleport away before they are hit with petals. At the Command Center, Billy begins to work on unfreezing the three Rangers using his cell base simulator set on high. Kimberly becomes impatient, as nothing is happening. Billy doesn't understand. Billy tells Alpha 5, it's not working. Alpha 5 suggests that maybe all it needs is a couple of adjustments. Billy brings the device over to Alpha 5. Alpha 5 starts working on the device as Billy states, something is malfunctioning Kimberly is worried and tells Tommy, we don't have much time.

Tommy, Kimberly, and Billy were in the Command Center with their frozen friends. Billy and Alpha 5 were still working on trying to unfreeze the three Rangers. Billy: "I don't understand it Zordon. I've boosted the stimulator output to maximum capacity, but it's not working. They're still frozen." Zordon: "Keep trying Billy. You must find a way to break the flower monster's spell." Tommy: "Zordon, what about Mr. Anderson and the others?" Zordon: "I'm afraid their time is running out Rangers. The Serpent of Darkness has almost completed it's transformation. Once the three young ninjas are bitten, they'll be filled forever with the venom of evil." Kimberly: "Yeah, and meanwhile, the Terror Blossom is rampaging around loose." Zordon: "Unfortunately, yes Kimberly." Billy: "We need more power." Eventually Billy's device works and the three Rangers are unfrozen. Kimberly gives Yellow Ranger a hug. But Tommy and his friends did not have much time to celebrate. They needed to battle Terror Blossom. Tommy, Kimberly, and Billy morphed. The Rangers in their Thunder Megazord and White Tiger Zord battle Terror Blossom. Later, Zordon contacts the Rangers and tells them time has run out for their new friends. Red Ranger and Black Ranger stay to continue the battle with Terror Blossom. White Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Blue Ranger teleported to the entrance of the cave. The four Rangers battle the Putties guarding the entrance. Soon Blue Ranger and Yellow Ranger enter the cave, while White Ranger and Pink Ranger continue to battle the Putties. After awhile, Aisha, Adam, and Rocky race out of the cave. The three teens join in the battle against the Putties. The Putties were destroyed. White Ranger and Pink Ranger faced Aisha, Adam, and Rocky. They asked where Blue Ranger was. Blue Ranger was still in the cave. They all raced inside. Blue Ranger was wrestling the Serpent of Darkness. White Ranger and Pink Ranger told Adam, Rocky, and Aisha to stay back. White Ranger grab the snake from Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger fired her Blade Blaster and destroyed the snake. Blue Ranger was having a hard time breathing. White Ranger and Pink Ranger helped Blue Ranger remove his helmet. Billy noticed Rocky, Aisha, and Adam, who had crept closer and now knew that Billy was the Blue Ranger. White Ranger and Pink Ranger removed their helmets as well. Aisha, Adam, and Rocky saw that White Ranger was Tommy and Pink Ranger was Kimberly. The teens all teleported to the Command Center. Trini, Jason, and Zack were there as well. Zordon had checked into the characters of Adam, Rocky, and Aisha and found them to be outstanding citizens. Rocky, Aisha, and Adam made a solemn promise not to reveal the identities of the Power Rangers. Afterwards, Tommy, Kimberly, Billy, Aisha, Adam, and Rocky returned to the park. Bulk and Skull, Mr. Anderson and Jacob are there as well. Bulk and Skull wanted to question them about their encounter with the Power Rangers. Adam, Rocky, and Aisha quickly made some excuses. Mr. Anderson noted what a good job Bulk and Skull had done with Jacob and asked them if they would be interested in babysitting Jacob again. Bulk and Skull quickly made their excuses and took off. Kimberly and her friends laughed.

Tommy and Kimberly are inside the Youth Center. The Youth Center is hosting the first annual world teen summit. There is a lot of activity as everything is being set up. Tommy: "I just can't believe this really is coming together." Kimberly: "I know." Tommy: "Billy is hosting this incredible event." Kimberly: "This is so cool. To have students from all over the world just talking about global events." Ernie had walked in with a statue and placed it on the table where Billy and six delegates sat. Aisha, Adam, and Rocky walked in and headed over to Tommy and Kimberly. They were all every excited. Ernie announced that it was time to begin. Billy stood up and thanked Angel Grove High School's art class for the statue. Billy then introduced the six teen delegates from around the world, including Tamara, the head chairperson. Tamara thanked everyone and planned to enjoy her time in their beautiful city. Billy told the audience how the six delegates would be talking to teens in Angel Grove, and three would be selected to go to Switzerland with them. The following day, Tommy, Rocky, and Adam take some of the teen delegates out to the park. There they show each other their karate moves. Everyone is enjoying themselves. Tommy, Rocky, and Adam continued to show their karate moves to the delegates. Billy and Tamara are enjoying each other's company. Aisha and Kimberly are sitting together enjoying the day. Several of Zedd's Putties arrive. Tamara spots them before Billy. Billy tells Tamara to run to the Youth Center, which she does. Kimberly, Aisha, and Billy joined Tommy, Rocky, and Adam who are in front of the delegates. They tell the delegates to hide. The six teens then battle the Putties. The teen delegates move away, but they are quickly captured by Goldar and several more Putties. Tommy, Aisha, Kimberly, Adam, Billy, and Rocky destroy the Putties. They look around and realize the teen delegates are gone. The six teens decide to search for them. After awhile, Tommy, Kimberly, Adam, Billy, Rocky, and Aisha have had no luck finding the delegates. Rocky, Adam, and Aisha leave for the Youth Center in hopes of finding them with Tamara. A rolled piece of paper floats down to Tommy, Kimberly, and Billy. It is a message from Lord Zedd. Lord Zedd will release the delegates in exchange for the power coins. Tommy, Billy, and Kimberly immediately teleport to the Command Center. The viewing globe shows that the delegates are okay. Alpha 5 contacts Jason, Trini, and Zack to let them know of the situation. The three teens leave the Youth Center to join the rest of the Rangers. Goldar is waiting outside the cave when the Power Rangers arrive. White Ranger gives Goldar the case with the power coins and asks for the delegates to be released. Goldar laughs at the Rangers. Goldar has what he wants, why should he release the delegates? The Rangers are amused as well. The box of "power coins" is not the real thing. Goldar is not amused any longer. Goldar summons several Putties. The Rangers battled the Putties and Goldar. During the battle, the box of "power coins" is left on the ground. Goldar retreats with a few of the Putties. White Ranger and the rest of the Rangers enter the cave where the delegates are held and rescue them. They all leave the cave together. The Rangers are surprised that the delegates know they are Power Rangers and are known in other parts of the world. The Rangers return the delegates to the Youth Center. Outside waiting are Aisha, Adam, and Rocky. They were confident the Rangers could do it. White Ranger asks them to keep an eye on the delegates for them. Which is no problem for the three friends. Zordon contacts the Rangers, it's time for them to go into action. The Rangers quickly leave. The Rangers face the Four Head Monster. The Rangers form their Power Blaster and fire at the Four Head Monster. The Four Head Monster is defeated, but not for long as Lord Zedd revives him and makes him giant size. The Rangers summon their Thunder Zords. Red Dragon Thunderzord goes into warrior mode. White Tiger Zord forms into Mega Tigerzord. The Rangers battle Four Head Monster and it is a difficult battle. Mega Tigerzord and Red Dragon Thunderzord Warrior Mode end up on the ground hurt. In the Command Center, Alpha 5 is concern. Zordon reminds him to send out Tor, the Shuttlezord. Tor has the ability to heal the zords. Tor is sent in. Tor goes into battle and the Four Head Monster knocks him on his back. Tor can't get turned around and Red Dragon Thunderzord Warrior Mode comes to his aid. Tor heals Red Dragonzord Thunderzord Warrior Mode. Tor and the thunderzords combine to form the Thunder Ultrazord. With the Thunder Ultrazord, Four Head Monster is destroyed. The following day, the Annual World Teen Summit continues in the Youth Center. The four headed statue is back. Tommy, Kimberly, Rocky, Aisha, and Adam all sit in the audience. Rocky tells Tommy and Kimberly, they were incredible. Aisha adds, unbelievable. Adam states, must be a big responsibility, being a Power Ranger. Kimberly replies, it is. The summit begins as Billy announces, today is the last day of the Teen Summit and it was a huge success. The audience applauds. Charlie states, well, we sure learned a lot this week mates. Tamara adds, about each other and ourselves. Chun Mei continues, we learned that although we are different, in many ways, we are really very similar. Boris adds, and that together, no problem is too big. Themba continues, or too difficult to solve. Pablo adds, if we work together, we can make the Earth a place we are all proud of. Billy concludes, and a place we can live peacefully, for years to come. Everyone claps.

A big crowd had gathered as competitors got ready for Stone Canyon's Triathlon. There was a TV crew as well. News Reporter: "In a few moments, we will begin live broadcast of the first leg of Stone Canyon's Triathlon. This grueling competition will begin with swimming, then biking and conclude with running." Tommy was standing with Adam, Rocky, and Aisha. Rocky, Aisha, and Adam were competing in the triathlon. Billy walked up to them. Billy: "Hey guys!" Rocky: "Hey Billy!" Billy: "Alright guys, good luck!" Announcer: "Competitors please take your positions." Aisha, Adam, and Rocky passed their t-shirts to Tommy and Billy and took off for the lake, along with the other competitors. Kimberly walked up to Tommy and Billy. Kimberly had exciting news. The peace delegates would be making their decisions soon on who would be representing Angel Grove. Kimberly thought Billy would be an excellent choice. Tommy wondered what would happen to the Power Rangers if one of them was selected. Tommy, Billy, and Kimberly were a little worried.

The Ninja Encounter, Part II
