Billy concludes, and a place we can live peacefully, for years to come. Everyone claps.

A big crowd had gathered as competitors got ready for Stone Canyon's Triathlon. There was a TV crew as well. News Reporter: "In a few moments, we will begin live broadcast of the first leg of Stone Canyon's Triathlon. This grueling competition will begin with swimming, then biking and conclude with running." Tommy was standing with Adam, Rocky, and Aisha. Rocky, Aisha, and Adam were competing in the triathlon. Billy walked up to them. Billy: "Hey guys!" Rocky: "Hey Billy!" Billy: "Alright guys, good luck!" Announcer: "Competitors please take your positions." Aisha, Adam, and Rocky passed their t-shirts to Billy and Tommy and took off for the lake, along with the other competitors. Kimberly walked up to Billy and Tommy. Kimberly had exciting news. The peace delegates would be making their decisions soon on who would be representing Angel Grove. Kimberly thought Billy would be an excellent choice. Tommy wondered what would happen to the Power Rangers if one of them was selected. Billy, Kimberly, and Tommy were a little worried. Then the race began and Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly cheered their friends on. After awhile, the competitors finish the swimming section of the triathlon. Adam, Aisha, and Rocky are in the lead. They run over to their friends, Billy, Tommy and Kimberly. They help them get ready for the next segment, biking. Once Adam, Rocky, and Aisha are off, Billy, Kimberly, and Tommy walk to the next section of the marathon. The Putties arrive and the three teens began battling them. Aisha, Adam, and Rocky who are doing the bicycling section of the triathlon and are in the lead, stop their bikes. Adam, Rocky, and Aisha join Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly in their battle against the Putties. The six teens battle and destroy the Putties. Tommy feels bad that it had cost Rocky, Aisha, and Adam the race. Rocky tells him there was no other choice. Zordon contacts Tommy and tells him they need to get to the Command Center. Billy, Kimberly, and Tommy teleport out. Inside the Command Center, Zordon fills in the three teens with what is going on. The viewing globe shows Red Ranger, Black Ranger, and Yellow Ranger in trouble and under Beamcaster's spell. Tommy asks Billy if he can make a device that would reverse Lord Zedd's spell? Billy believes that he can and begins working on it. There is urgency because the longer the three Rangers stay under the spell, the harder it will be to break them from it. Soon Billy finishes the device. Billy would like to test it first, but there is no time. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly morph. White Ranger takes on Beamcaster. Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger land further away. Before Blue Ranger can use his device the crowd surrounds them. Black Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Red Ranger tug on Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger. The device falls to the ground and gets trampled. Beamcaster then hits Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger. Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger are now under Lord Zedd's spell. Quickly Beamcaster places White Ranger under his spell as well. Thankfully, Rocky, Aisha, and Adam arrive and find the device. Alpha 5 teleports them to the Command Center, where Aisha quickly repairs the device. Zordon directs them to hold it towards the viewing globe and direct it at the Power Rangers. Aisha and Rocky hold onto the device as it shots it's beam at the Power Rangers. It is difficult and not working. Zordon uses his energy as well and then the spell is broken for Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers. The Rangers quickly teleport to the Command Center. Zordon fills them in. Rocky gives Blue Ranger the device and the Rangers teleport out. The Rangers face down Beamcaster. Blue Ranger uses the device on Beamcaster, but it doesn't destroy him or break the spell. Beamcaster throws several explosives at the Rangers and White Ranger tosses them back, in time to explode while Beamcaster has them. The Rangers use their Power Blaster and destroy Beamcaster. Once Beamcaster is destroy, the spell is broken. The triathlon concludes with running. Adam, Rocky, and Aisha are last. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly cheer them on until the finish line. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly feel bad their friends couldn't have won. They walk over to Rocky, Aisha, and Adam. Tommy thanks them for their help and Rocky thanks them for sticking with them and cheering them on. Adam adds helping them was the most important thing they ever done. The six friends are in high spirits.

Billy, Kimberly, and Tommy are at the Youth Center. The TV is on and the news announcer is talking. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly walked up to the counter to listen, as does the rest of the crowd at the Youth Center.
