TV Reporter: "Out of thousands of entrants, three names were announce today as the lucky students invited to attend the World Peace Summit in Switzerland. The three youths will meet and then travel with teens from all over the world to discuss global problems that affect all of us. Young and old. The three teens selected are Jason Lee Scott, Zackary Taylor, and Trini Kwan." Kimberly squeals in excitement and the guys can't believe it. Bulk and Skull are disappointed. Ernie says congrats and then asks where are they? Kimberly knows - they are taking a bike ride in the park. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly dash off to tell their friends the good news. Billy, Kimberly, and Tommy race to the park. They spot Trini, Jason, and Zack in the distance. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly run over and tell their friends the news. Jason, Zack, and Trini are thrilled. Moments later, Billy and his friends have gathered inside the Command Center. Zordon is proud of Zack, Trini, and Jason and knows they will make great peace delegates. Billy, Tommy, and Kimberly are excited for their friends. The alarm goes off. Zordon tells them that Lord Zedd has brought forth Serpentera. Lord Zedd intends to take advantage of the fact there will be three less Rangers. For that reason, Zordon plans to select three new Rangers. Kimberly wonders who they will be, but Zordon will let them know in good time. Zordon tells the teens they need to go to the Deserted Planet and get the Sword of Light. They need the Sword of Light to transfer the power. It will be the last mission for Trini, Jason, and Zack. Zordon is also giving them additional help with the addition of the zord, Tor. Zordon also teleports a map and a picture of the statue that has the Sword of Light to Tommy, so they know what to look for. The teens power up and head out into space. Soon, Lord Zedd and Goldar are in pursuit of the Rangers inside Serpentera. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers land on Deserted Planet. Blue Ranger pulls out the map of the Deserted City and the drawing of a statue. The Rangers quickly figure out where they have to go. The ground shakes and the Rangers look up in the sky. It is Serpentera. The Rangers realize Lord Zedd has followed them. Red Ranger tells the rest of the Rangers to go ahead, he will take care of Lord Zedd. Blue Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, White Ranger, and Black Ranger take off to search for the statue. Red Ranger summons Red Dragon Thunderzord. Red Ranger battles Serpentera. Eventually Serpentera lands on Deserted Planet. The rest of the Rangers are looking at the map and determine the statue must be in the city. Blue Ranger, Yellow Ranger, Black Ranger, White Ranger, and Pink Ranger start searching the city for the statue. White Ranger soon finds the statue and calls the rest of the Rangers over. Blue Ranger, Pink Ranger, Yellow Ranger, and Black Ranger race over. They are soon struggling, trying to remove the Sword of Light. Even using their weapons, the Rangers cannot free the Sword of Light. Red Ranger soon joins them and tells them Serpentera is too powerful. Red Ranger joins the rest of the and try even harder to remove the Sword of Light.

Serpentera continues it's relentless attack on the planet. Blue Ranger and the rest of the Rangers continue to struggle with removing the Sword of Light from the statue. White Ranger asks Blue Ranger to check the map again. Blue Ranger pulls out the map and then notices the ring that is wrapped around the map. The ring looks like it could fit on the hand of the statue. Blue Ranger removes the ring and places it on the finger of the statue. The sword glows bright for a moment and the sword loosens. White Ranger removes the Sword of Light with ease. The Rangers are thrilled. Alpha 5 teleports the Rangers back to the Command Center. By the time Blue Ranger arrives, only White Ranger is missing. Blue Ranger removes his helmet and quickly begins working on the controls, trying to bring White Ranger back. White Ranger finally arrives safely. White Ranger removes his helmet and shows Zordon that they have the Sword of Light. Although the mission was successful, Earth is still in danger from Lord Zedd. Trini is hesitant to leave them at such a critical time. Zordon tells them they have completed their last mission and they must now continue with their lives at the peace conference. Zordon has selected three new Rangers. Billy asks who? It is revealed to be Aisha, Adam, and Rocky. The transfer of power begins and Billy, Kimberly, Trini, Jason, Zack, and Tommy place their helmets back on. White Ranger holds up the Sword of Light. Zordon uses his energy as well. The power is transferred to Adam, Rocky, and Aisha. They are now the new Black Ranger, Red Ranger, and Yellow Ranger. Zordon thanks Trini, Jason, and Zack for everything they have done and the three are teleported out of the Command Center. White Ranger, Pink Ranger, and Blue Ranger are sad to see their friends go, but they are excited for their three new friends. It feels like a new beginning. Zordon instructs the new three Rangers on their powers and rules. Everyone removes their helmets and there is an air of excitement among the friends. After a few minutes, the alarm goes off in the Command Center. The teens quickly morph and teleport out. The Rangers battle Silver Horns, but it is a difficult battle. Silver Horns has several Putties arrive as well. The Rangers are kept busy battling the Putties. Eventually the Rangers defeat the Putties. Lord Zedd tosses down his grow bomb. Silver Horns grows to giant size. There is also the problem of Serpentera about to land. White Ranger contacts Zordon and Zordon tells them to use Tor. Red Ranger tells them he will take on Silver Horns, they can take care of Serpentera. Red Ranger summons his zord and battles Silver Horns. Red Ranger has a difficult time against Silver Horns. White Ranger decides to go help Red Ranger. The tiger zord is summon. White Ranger joins Red Ranger in his battle against Silver Horns. Serpentera lands in Angel Grove, but Lord Zedd and Goldar can't do anything. Serpentera doesn't have enough energy to fire. Lord Zedd is furious. The rest of the Rangers summon their zords and join in the battle against Silver Horns. Tor is called in to help. The Rangers battle and destroy Silver Horns with Thunder Ultrazord. Afterwards, the teens are in the Command Center. They are looking at the viewing globe, which shows Jason, Zack, and Trini leaving for the peace conference. They are all sad to see them go, even Alpha 5. Billy points out the good news, they have three new Rangers. Aisha still can't get over the fact that they had defeated Lord Zedd. Zordon cautions them that there will be many more battles ahead. Adam tells him he they are up for the challenge. The teens place their hands in the center and then leap, shouting Power Rangers!
