Farcas Bulkmeier and Eugene Skullovitch, better known as Bulk and Skull, are best friends who live in Angel Grove. They enjoy giving everyone else a hard time. Bulk and Skull like to hang at the Angel Grove Gym & Juice Bar. They entered the place and spotted Kimberly and Trini. Skull has a crush on Kimberly and immediately asked her out. Bulk suggested it be a double date, as he would go out with Trini. Trini and Kimberly turned them down. Skull was okay with this, but not Bulk. Zack comes over as Bulk & Skull give Trini and Kimberly a hard time. Zack wants to help the out, but the girls got it. Bulk & Skull charge at them, and Trini and Kimberly flip them over. They land on the mats hard. Kimberly suggests they join Jason's karate class. The place erupts in laughter. Bulk & Skull decide to join the class. They walk into the class after it has started. They walk up to Jason and ask him to teach them how to beat people up. Jason tells Bulk that maybe he is ready for a more advance class. Jason does a move and Bulk mimics it, with Skull applauding. Jason continues with harder and harder moves. At first Bulk does well, but eventually they become too hard and Bulk ends up falling on the mats. Jason dismisses the class.

Bulk & Skull walked into the Youth Center. Trini, Billy, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly were standing by the climbing rope. Bulk & Skull overheard Zack telling Jason that maybe the circus would be interested in him. Bulk & Skull walked up. Bulk remarked that the circus doesn't take geek clowns. Kimberly suggested they crawl back to the ooze they came from. Bulk thought that was funny, especially coming from a friend of the monkey man. Jason challenged Bulk by telling him at least he made it all the way to the top. Skull got into Jason's face and asked him if he was saying Bulk couldn't do it. Jason didn't respond, simply stared Skull down. Skull finally remarked I guess that is what you are saying. Bulk's first attempt at the climbing rope, he immediately fell onto the mats. Bulk tried again and got a little further, but he still fell. This time he took some plaster with him. Kimberly kneel down and told Bulk that he had really shown them this time. Bulk could only glare.

Bulk & Skull were hanging out in the hall of their high school, Angel Grove High School, with a friend of theirs. A little further down the hall was Kimberly and Trini. They had set up a table and were getting students to sign their petition to clean up a toxic waste dump. Bulk gave a loud burp, which attracted Trini's and Kimberly's attention. Bulk dropped a can onto the floor, and told the clean-up girls to clean it up. Kimberly told Bulk to grow up. Skull then took a can and tossed it over to them, nearing hitting the two girls. A student walked by, spotted the can on the floor, picked it up and tossed it in the trash. Bulk & Skull dump the trash can's contents onto the student. Trini shouted that they had gone too far. Kimberly did a flip. Bulk & Skull walk to the opposite ends of the hallway. Skull told Kimberly that he could tell that she finally flipped for him. Bulk just wanted to get her. Bulk & Skull ran towards Kimberly. Kimberly flipped out of the way. Bulk & Skull slammed into each other, and it looked like they were hugging each other. Bulk & Skull screamed and yanked themselves apart quickly. They each landed in a trash can. Bulk's friend tried to pull Bulk out of the trash can, but wasn't having much luck.

Bulk & Skull entered the Youth Center. Bulk had heard that Jason had tried to beat his bench press record and failed. Bulk & Skull headed straight for the table where Jason, Zack, and Kimberly were sitting. Bulk taunted Jason about not being able to break his record. Bulk went behind Jason and yanked him out of the chair. Zack got up to help, and Skull pushed him back down in the chair. Jason told Zack he could handle it. Jason asked Bulk if he was ticklish and then proceeded to tickle him. Bulk squirm, but didn't let go until Jason stomp on his foot. Bulk let go and bent over, ripping his pants. Skull walked over and yanked Bulk's pants to cover the gap. Instead the front ripped and Bulk's pants fell to the floor. Bulk was furious. Skull knew he was in trouble and with a quick wave took off. Bulk tried to go after him, but tripped over the pants and fell to the floor. Bulk managed to get back up and left the Youth Center. Later, Bulk & Skull returned to the Youth Center. Bulk had heard that Jason had tried for the bench press record once more, and this time beat Bulk's record. Bulk was very hurt. Bulk told Jason he was getting his record back. Skull repeated what Bulk had said. Bulk grabbed his shirt and yanked him forward. Bulk told Skull he could speak for himself. Jason was surrounded by his friends. Kimberly told them to get a life. Trini asked if they ever gave up. Zack asked them to chill and have some cake. Bulk liked the idea, but told them he was getting the first piece. Which Skull repeated. Bulk turned towards Skull to yell at him and tripped on the weights. Bulk fell into the cake that Ernie had brought in. Trini, Billy, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly laughed. Skull walked over and pointed at Bulk and laughed. Bulk grabbed a piece of the cake and smashed it into Skull's face.

Bulk & Skull entered the Youth Center. Bulk had been punching Skull. Skull punched him back and Bulk gave him a look. Skull immediately stopped. Bulk noticed Kimberly's aerobics/dance class and started making fun of it. Skull joined in. Zack overheard them and challenged them to try. Bulk did a couple of dance moves and kick out the chair Jason was sitting on. Jason was angry and Zack held him back. Zack then challenged Bulk to do a couple of his dance moves. Zack then a complicated dance routine, which Bulk imitated in his own fashion. Skull applauded enthusiastically, although everyone else in the crowd just laughed. Zack then did another routine. Bulk tried to copy it, but got stuck. Skull laughed along with the rest of the crowd. Bulk glared at Skull and Skull quickly helped Bulk back to his feet. Zack then did a handstand on the counter. Bulk charged towards the counter and went over it, taking Zack's dish with him. Bulk slowly got up and it was revealed his face was covered in food. Skull went over to remove some of the food. Zack joked that it was okay, Bulk could have the dish as he wasn't hungry. Zack then told his friends they better bail if they were going to make the movies. Bulk threaten them that they better bail, as no one trick him. Zack remarked that it looked like they just did. Zack and his friends left. Skull fed some of the food to Bulk and ate some himself in a subdue mood.
