They were unaware that their cotton candy had been stolen. They ate the cotton candy and continued to walk around. Bulk spotted their favorite pinheads - Trini, Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly. Bulk and Skull walked over to them. Bulk asked them if they had seen the signs at the gate - no geeks allowed. Skull told them they better leave before things got messy. Billy had been juggling some eggs and the eggs landed on Bulk's and Skull's heads. Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Trini's cousin Sylvia laughed. As Bulk & Skull wiped their faces, Kimberly told them the only messy things were them. Jason noticed some gymnastics. Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, Sylvia, and Billy headed over to the gymnastics demonstration.
Bulk and Skull were at their lockers at Angel Grove High School. Skull took out a skull out of his locker as Bulk struggled to open his. Bulk finally got his locker open and several items fell out of it and onto the floor. Bulk noticed a very different Billy and Kimberly walking down the hall. Bulk pointed them out to Skull and they watched as Kimberly and Billy harass a student for money. Billy and Kimberly walked pasted Trini, Jason, and Zack, calling them study geeks. Kimberly and Billy walked over to Bulk and Skull. Kimberly asked Skull out on a date on Saturday to tear up the town. Skull was thrilled and they laughed together. Bulk was a little suspicious and thought maybe the whole thing was a joke. Billy told Bulk that he was the baddest guy in school anymore. Bulk began to protest and Billy lifted him up against the locker. Billy then searched Bulk's pockets for money. Bulk was scare. Billy let Bulk go and Bulk dragged Skull away. Saturday arrived. Skull had got dressed up for his date by putting on a nice dress jacket, vest, and even a bow tie. Skull also brought black flowers for Kimberly. Bulk & Skull walked into the Youth Center. They immediately spotted Trini and Kimberly working out. Bulk & Skull walked over. Skull grabbed a hold of Kimberly and asked her if she was ready to tear up the town. Kimberly pulled away and seem to know nothing of the date. Skull was confused as he thought they had a date. Skull suggested having some frog legs. Bulk used some mouth spray and suggested a double date. Billy walked over and told Bulk & Skull that Trini and Kimberly did not date Neanderthals. Bulk told him he was no longer as tough. Bulk decided to have a show down with Billy and Zack by playing a game of volleyball. The game started. Bulk & Skull soon ended up tangle in the nets and fell to the floor. Bulk stated that he hated volleyball, which Skull repeated as Trini, Billy, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly laughed.

Bulk headed straight for Billy and Zack, who were carrying a banner. Several teens had been decorating the place for a dance later that day. Bulk ran into the banner and it covered his head. Bulk was now heading in the direction of Jason and Trini. Jason had been helping Trini with her kick. Trini was unaware of the commotion, but Jason leaped out of the way. Trini accidentally kicked Bulk. Trini called out an apology. Kimberly was also at the Youth Center. Kimberly had working on her gymnastics. Bulk was now headed in her direction. Bulk yelled at her to move out of the way and called her a dorkette. Kimberly leaped out of the way and yelled at Bulk to watch where he is going. Bulk yelled back that he goes where he wants to go. Ernie was carrying a cake and Bulk was now headed in his direction. Bulk couldn't stop and crash into Ernie. Bulk's face landed in the cake and he knocked Ernie to the floor. Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini gathered around as Skull asked Bulk if he was sure this is where he wanted to go? Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Billy laughed. Ernie was not amused. Ernie told Bulk & Skull that they had to follow the rules. Bulk & Skull had to reimburse him for the cake or they were not allowed back at the Youth Center. Ernie escorted Bulk & Skull out. Later, Bulk & Skull came to the dance wearing long coats and fakes glasses with mustaches. Bulk & Skull watched, along with the rest of the crowd, Zack dance. The crowd clapped along to the music and when Zack was done, everyone applauded. Ernie walked up to Bulk & Skull and pulled off their fakes glasses. Ernie asked them if they really thought they could fool him. Ernie started to walk them out, telling them he had already told them if they wanted back in, they had to pay for the cake. Bulk told Ernie he had to get the money from the bank. Skull pleaded with him not do and then covered his face. Bulk sat down and started to remove his shoe. Ernie asked him what he was doing? Bulk replied that he was getting money from the bank. Bulk then took off his sock and removed the dollar bills from between his toes. Bulk waved the money under Ernie's nose. Ernie became faint and fell into the cake. Billy, Marge, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini hurried over and helped Ernie back up. Jason joked that it was too early for cake, they needed to serve the sandwiches first. Ernie needed to work up an appetite first. Ernie began to dance his way onto the dance floor. A conga line formed after Ernie as Kimberly, Trini, Marge, Billy, Jason, and Zack danced their way onto the dance floor as well. Bulk & Skull watched in disbelief as Ernie danced.
