Bulk and Skull were at the Youth Center. A Cultural Food Festival was being set up. The money would be used for new playground equipment for Angel Grove's preschool and daycare center. There were a lot of teens there and they were all busy. Bulk and Skull were goofing off. Ernie spotted them and told them he needed their help. There was a Hawaiian dancer on each side of Ernie. Bulk & Skull looked at each other and then hurried over. Bulk and Skull each took a hand of a Hawaiian dancer and make goo goo eyes at them. Ernie told them he didn't mean the dancers, he meant the cream pies. Ernie handed them the trays of cream pies and walked away with the dancers. Later, the food festival was open. There was a good turn out. Mr. Caplan was there as well, checking on all the booths. Bulk mention noted nothing made him feel better than a bunch of goody-goods being creamed by cream pies. Bulk's friends agree. Skull carefully picked out a pie. Bulk pointed out that they were not going to eat them, they were going to throw them. Skull picked one up and started tasting it. Bulk got really frustrated with Skull. Bulk told his friends to spread out. Skull and the rest spread out throughout the room. Bulk asked his friend if he thought he could hit Mr. Caplan. The girl nodded yes and Bulk threw the pie. It hit Skull instead. Skull screamed food fight. Everyone, except Trini, Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Mr. Caplan, began throwing food everywhere. Bulk really enjoyed himself. Billy, Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini tried to stop the food fight, as the festival was being ruined. Bulk was ready to toss another pie when Jason came over, twirling a string of hot dogs. The spinning motion of the hot dogs made Bulk disoriented. Bulk tipped the pie onto his own face. Jason laughed. Skull had a large bowl of fruit that he was ready to throw. Kimberly ran up to him and told him to put it down. Skull sarcastically told her okay and then threw the contents towards Kimberly. Kimberly jumped out of the way and it hit Bulk instead. Bulk threw a pie and it hit Skull once again. Bulk had gotten a hold of a couple cans of whipped cream and was spraying it all over the place. Zack walked up and told him easy. Bulk merely squeeze the cans. Zack took off his apron and wave it, hollering "Toro Toro". Bulk charged at him like a bull. Zack jumped out of the way. Bulk landed on the table and slid all the way across it. Knocking food and a punch bowl aside. The punch landed on Mr. Caplan and he yelled at the teens. Mr. Caplan placed the blame on Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, and Billy. Mr. Caplan tossed Jason a broom and told him he was in charge of clean up and then stormed out. Later, Pudgy Pig entered the Youth Center. It was still full of people, but once they saw Pudgy Pig, they began to run in terror. Bulk & Skull ran into Pudgy Pig. Bulk turned his nose into a snot and snorted at Pudgy Pig. Skull laughed. Pudgy Pig grunted menacing at them. Bulk & Skull became frighten and ran.

Bulk and Skull were sitting at a table at the Youth Center. Bulk was enjoying his ice cream and didn't pay any attention to Kimberly asking if anyone wanted Ernie's chili. Ernie then announced that it was freshly made and on the house. The crowd surge forward. Kimberly lost her balance on the bowl, which he had held over her head. The bowl of chili landed on Bulk. Skull laughed. Kimberly apologized - the chili was suppose to be on the house, not on him.

Bulk and Skull entered the Youth Center. It was full of activity as people set up various tables. Bulk wondered what was going on. Skull found a flyer - it was the Angel Grove Junior Science Fair. Skull wasn't impress as there were no rides. Bulk told him it wasn't that kind of fair. One of the competitors walked past them. Bulk told Skull they were in a room full of nerds. Skull covered up his face as he didn't want to get nerdititis. Skull was ready to leave, but Bulk wanted to have some fun and dragged Skull in. They walked up to a young boy who was testing out his invention. Skull grabbed the invention from the young boy. Bulk urged Skull to spray something. Skull pointed the invention and sprayed Bulk's pants, which made them disappear. Bulk was furious as the room erupted in laughter. Billy and Willy, a young friend of Billy's walked up. Billy told the two to stop. Bulk remarked that it was the King Geek himself. Billy asked Bulk what he was doing at the fair, after all an IQ was required. Bulk made a fist and told Billy this was all the IQ he needed. Skull repeated the gesture and phrase. Jason and Zack walked up. Jason told Bulk he just needed a club, he would make a perfect cave man. Zack made some grunting sounds. Bulk became more furious. Bulk fought Jason and Skull fought Zack. At one point, Skull ended up in a trash bin. The fight continued until both Bulk & Skull landed on a flatbed cart. One of Trini's and Kimberly's friend were there and she had a machine entered. The machine was called Funky Fashion Machine. Kimberly and Trini called out that their friend needed some volunteers. Willy and Billy wheeled the cart over and dumped Bulk & Skull into the machine. The doors closed. After several minutes, the doors opened. Bulk & Skull were startled to see they were dressed in women's clothing. Bulk & Skull raced out of the Youth Center as everyone laughed at them. Later, Bulk & Skull entered the Youth Center once more. They were wrapped in towels. They walked up to Jason, Zack, Kimberly, Trini, Billy, and Willy. Bulk told them he wanted his clothes back, which Skull repeated. Kimberly and Trini told them they had them cleaned and sterilized. Trini and Kimberly passed Bulk's and Skull's clothing to them. The only problem was the clothes were now miniature copies of what they once were. Everyone laughed.

Bulk and Skull were sitting in the back of Miss Appleby's classroom. Kimberly, Trini, Billy, Jason, and Zack were in the class as well. It was hobby week. Miss Appleby had Trini go up first to talk about her hobby. Trini pulled a cart full of dolls towards her. Trini started talking about her doll collection. Bulk & Skull made mocking comments about it. Trini ignored them and showed the class her favorite doll - Mr. Ticklesneezer. Several other students went up to talk and demonstrate their hobby. Jason did a karate demonstration with his bow. Bulk imitate the moves with his pencil. Zack did a surfing demonstration. Bulk & Skull continue to make sarcastic comments from the back. Kimberly did a hand stand as part of her demonstration of gymnastics. Billy was the last to go up. Billy used his volcano model kit to demonstrate what causes a volcano to erupt. The class and Miss Appleby were impressed. The bell rang and the students began gathering their things. Miss Appleby told them hobby week would continue tomorrow. Miss Appleby also reminded them of their homework. They were to read Chapter 4 in their language arts workbook - Question Marks - Why do we need them? As the students filed out of the classroom, Bulk spotted Trini and Billy at the model volcano. Bulk got an idea. Skull stood back as Bulk walked up and grabbed Mr. Ticklesneezer. Trini demanded Bulk give her the doll back and tried to grab it back. Bulk kept it out of her reach. Bulk then tossed the doll to Skull. Skull caught it and made mocking baby sounds and then tossed it back to Bulk. Bulk tried to reach for Mr. Ticklesneezer but missed. Trini caught the doll. Bulk hit the activate button on the model volcano, his face right over it. The volcano erupted, spraying Bulk's face with purple goo. Skull hurried over and tried to wipe Bulk's face clean with his jacket. Bulk spit the goo at Skull's face. Trini and Billy laughed. That night, Trini had a dream of Bulk & Skull in the Youth Center. Bulk & Skull were standing at the counter, watching Jason breaking boards. Bulk told Skull any wimp could do that. Ernie placed a chocolate cake on display. Skull removed the cover and Bulk displayed his strength by chopping the cake. When his hand hit the display stand, it hurt. Skull told him he was impress, unaware that Bulk was actually hurt. This was the only part of the dream Bulk & Skull were in. The following day, Bulk & Skull were back in Miss Appleby's classroom. Miss Appleby announced Farcas and Eugene would give the final demonstration. Bulk & Skull walked to the front of the class. Skull carried an item covered up. Bulk & Skull talked about how they liked parasites. The class and Miss Appleby were a little grossed out by this statement. Bulk continued by telling the class they pick fleas off of neighbors' dogs. Skull removed the cover and it was a tiny circus set up. Their hobby is a flea circus. The class strained to see the fleas. Bulk noticed there were no fleas and asked Skull where they were. The class suddenly noticed Miss Appleby scratching herself frantically. It became apparent the fleas had left the circus and landed on Miss Appleby. Skull thought it was hilarious, as did the rest of the class.

Different Drum
