Trini eventually found her with Pineapple the Clown. Trini told Sylvia that she had promised they would stick together. Pineapple the Clown tried to grab Sylvia, telling Trini Sylvia was staying with her. Trini grabbed Sylvia and stood protectively in front of her. Trini told Pineapple the Clown to back off and was in the fight stance. Sylvia was worried for her new friend and went in front of Trini, telling her not to hurt Pineapple the Clown. Pineapple the Clown then sprinkle some dust on Sylvia, turning her into a cardboard cut out. Sylvia fell to the ground. Pineapple the Clown laughed. Trini couldn't believe it as she picked up Sylvia. Trini held the cardboard cut out and raced through the carnival again. This time searching for her friends. She found them getting off the swings. Trini showed them the cardboard cut out. The teens quickly concluded that the fair was a trapped set by Rita. The plan was to contact Alpha 5 and have him meet Trini in Billy's lab, so they could work on turning Sylvia back to normal. The rest would stay at the carnival and warn the people there. Trini took off for Billy's lab with the cardboard cut out. When she arrived, Alpha 5 was there. Sylvia was placed on a table as Alpha 5 worked. Trini worriedly asked what was wrong. Alpha 5 told her the analysis showed Sylvia was lacking water. Alpha 5 pour water on Sylvia. Trini and Alpha 5 waited a few anxious moments, but nothing happened. Alpha 5 went back to his analysis, trying to figure out what went wrong. alpha 5 decided he needed to use more water. Sylvia had already started to turn back to normal when Alpha 5 threw a bucket of water at her. Alpha 5 panic when he realized that Sylvia was back to normal. As Sylvia rubbed her eyes, Alpha 5 quickly went over to a wall and stood silently. Sylvia laughingly asked Trini why she had threw the water. Trini gave her a hug. With Sylvia okay, Yellow Ranger joined the rest of the Rangers in their battle against a giant Pineoctopus. The zords were summon and the Rangers battled Pineoctopus with their zords. It was very successful and then the Rangers formed the Megazord. The battle continued and the Rangers destroyed Pineoctopus. After the battle, Trini and her friends returned to the carnival, along with Sylvia. Sylvia told Trini she was a great babysitter and Trini was flattered.

Trini, Jason, Billy, and Zack were playing volleyball in the park. Billy missed a shot and hits the sand. Everyone tells him he is doing great. Kimberly brings over a tray of cold drinks to the picnic table. Kimberly announces the drinks as Billy gets back up. Billy walks over to the picnic table and Kimberly takes his place in the game. Kimberly misses a shot and laughs it off. Trini and Jason win the volleyball game. Everyone is in high spirits until several Putties suddenly arrive. Trini, Zack, Kimberly, Billy, and Jason battled the Putties. The teens have a tough time against the Putties. After awhile, the Putties suddenly vanish. Trini wonders what's next as she, Jason, and Zack gather together. Billy and Kimberly walk over to the picnic table. After a few moments, Trini, Jason, and Zack walk over to them. Zack asks them if they are okay. Kimberly yells at them to get out of her face. Billy also yells to get out of her face. Jason asks what is wrong with you? Billy responds that nothing is wrong with him and asks Jason what is wrong with him, jabbing him in the chest. Trini suggests another game of volleyball. Billy tells them volleyball is for dorks. Billy tells Kimberly it's time to kick it and Kimberly laughs as they walk away. Trini thinks they had too much sun. The following day, Trini is at Angel Grove High School, standing by her locker. Jason is standing next to her. Zack comes walking down the hall towards them. His locker is next to Trini's. Trini voices that she hops Billy and Kimberly are feeling better. Trini, Jason, and Zack are distracted by Bulk and Skull, who are across from them. Bulk is struggling to open his locker. Skull takes out a skull and a very dusty book from his locker. Bulk manages to finally get his locker open and various food and other items fall out of it and onto the floor. Trini, Jason, and Zack laugh. Trini, Zack, and Jason notice Kimberly and Billy walking down the stairs. Kimberly and Billy run up to a student and toss him around, asking for money. The student claims he doesn't have any, they let him go, and he takes off running. Billy and Kimberly continue walking down the hall. Trini and Zack greet them. Trini is a little disturbed by their behavior and how they are dressed and it is reflected in her face. Kimberly and Billy blow them off. Instead, Billy and Kimberly walk over to Bulk & Skull. Kimberly makes a date with Skull and Billy threatens Bulk. Scared, Bulk drags Skull away. Zack tells Trini and Jason he can't believe Kimberly and Billy have turned punk. Moments later, Trini, Jason, and Zack are teleported to the Command Center by Alpha 5. Billy and Kimberly are there as well, but they are encased in a transparent force field. Billy and Kimberly are outrage to be contained. Kimberly threatens to kick their sorry bums. Trini asks Zordon what is wrong with them. The viewing globe shows Baboo placing punk potion in their drinks, which turned them from good to bad. The only cure is a potion made from the sap of the singing squash. A rate root found only in certain dimensional gaps. Eons ago, Zordon had found the root in the dimensional gap on Bromak 5. Drinking the sap from the singing squash is the only hope Kimberly and Billy have of returning to normal. The alarms go off. Zordon tells them that Rita has taken advantage of the situation and released the Terror Toad. It must be stopped. Billy and Kimberly can also see the Terror Toad on the viewing globe. Kimberly is very impress with the toad. Zordon informs Trini, Jason, and Zack that the Terror Toad is Rita's most evil creation yet. Trini, Jason, and Trini morph and teleport out. They arrive in Angel Grove. Yellow Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger battle the Terror Toad with their Blade Blasters. The three Rangers have a difficult time with the Terror Toad. yellow Ranger is knocked to the ground. Terror Toad's tongue becomes yellow and wraps around Yellow Ranger. Yellow Ranger turns into a yellow ball on Terror Toad's tongue. Terror Toad retracts his tongue and swallows Yellow Ranger. Her helmet appears on Terror Toad's stomach. Black Ranger would soon follow. Blue Ranger and Pink Ranger arrive. They have return to normal with Alpha 5's anti-dote. Blue Ranger cuts off Terror Toad's horn. Terror Toad becomes furious and Red Ranger is swallowed, soon followed by Blue Ranger. Pink Ranger uses her Power Bow and several arrows hits Terror Toad in the neck. Yellow Ranger, Black Ranger, Red Ranger, and Blue Ranger are released and fall to the ground. They quickly get up. Each Ranger has their Power Weapon drawn. Yellow Ranger has her Power Daggers. Baboo, who had been helping Terror Toad, runs from Terror Toad's side. Yellow Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battle Terror Toad with their Power Weapons. Going in by twos and ones. Pink Ranger is last and she fires her Power Bow. Terror Toad id destroyed by the Power Bow. The following Saturday, Trini and Kimberly are at the Youth Center, working on hand stands. Zack and Billy are practicing volleyball. Jason is working out with weights. Kimberly helps Trini with her hand stand. Trini tells Kimberly that she is very happy to see her and Billy back to normal. Bulk and Skull walk in. Skull is dressed up with a suit jacket, vest, and bow ties. Skull is carrying black flowers. Bulk and Skull walk over to Trini and Kimberly. Skull grabs Kimberly and asks her if she is ready to tear up the town? Kimberly pulls away form him. Skull is confused - he thought they had a date. Skull suggest getting some frog legs. Bulk uses some mouth spry and suggests a double date. Billy walks up and tells Bulk that Trini and Kimberly don't date Neanderthals. Bulk points out that Billy isn't so tough any more. The challenge is a game of volleyball. Bulk & Skull on one side, with Zack and Billy on the other. The game starts. The ball hits Skull on the head. It isn't long before Bulk and Skull get tangle up in the net and fall to the floor. Bulk mutters that he hates volleyball, which Skull repeats. Trini, Billy, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly laugh.

The Youth Center was full of activity as teens decorated for a dance that was later that night. Trini was working on a karate kick with Jason. Kimberly, Billy, and Zack were there as well. Kimberly was working on her gymnastics. Billy and Zack were helping with the decorating and carrying a banner. A few moments later, Bulk entered the Youth Center on his skateboard. Bulk ran right into the banner that Zack and Billy were carrying. The banner covered his face. Bulk was heading straight towards Trini and Jason. Trini was unaware of the commotion, although Jason jumped out of the way. Trini completed her kick and accidentally kicked Bulk. Trini shouted out an apology. Bulk removed the banner from his face and was now heading towards Kimberly. Kimberly jumped out of the way and shouted at Bulk to watch where he is going. Bulk shouted back that he goes where he wants. Ernie was carrying a cake and Bulk was heading his way. Bulk was unable to stop and crashed into Ernie, falling into the cake. Trini and her friends gathered around as Skull asked Bulk if he was sure that this was where he wanted to go? Trini and her friends laughed. Ernie was furious. Ernie grabbed a hold of Bulk & Skull and told them they had to follow the rules. Bulk & Skull had to reimburse Ernie for the cake or they were not allow back in. Ernie escorted Bulk & Skull out of the Youth Center. Trini and her friends overheard the conversation. Zack laughed and told them those two never learn. Zack offered to teach Billy some dancing moves, but Billy decline. Billy wasn't interested in learning how to dance to attract female attention. Zack replied to each his own and walked away. Jason asked Billy if he had asked anyone to the party? Billy replied no. Kimberly couldn't believe it. Surely there was some girl at school he could ask. Billy wasn't interested. Billy would rather work on his weather device. Zack had joined them once more as Billy started to leave. Trini, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly watched as Billy bumped into Marge. It was obvious they were instantly attracted to each other. Billy and Marge bumped heads as they tried to retrieve Marge's necklace from the floor. Billy helped place the necklace back on Marge. Jason asked Zack if he still thought Billy needed tips from him on how to meet girls. Good naturedly, Zack replied that it looked like a match made in heaven. Trini, Zack, Kimberly, and Jason chuckled. A few moments later, Trini, Kimberly, Jason, and Zack stood by the counter with Ernie. Billy and Marge were sitting at a table close by. Trini, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly watched and listened to Marge and Billy. When Billy caught them, they averted their faces. They overheard the two of them talk about the dance. After awhile, Trini yelled out Billy's name. Jason pointed to his communicator and told him it was an emergency. Billy got up and walked over to him. Jason told Billy if he was going to ask Marge to the dance. Billy was outrage - this was an emergency. Zack told him yes it was. But Billy simply couldn't ask Marge to the dance. Marge stood up and told Billy that she had to leave. Marge then asked Billy if he would escort her to the dance. Billy was thrilled and told her yes. Billy suggested they meet a little earlier to get to know each other better. Billy suggested the lake by the park at four o'clock. Perhaps they could exchange ideas on his weather device. Marge thought it was a capital idea and thought it was the perfect place to discuss the weather. Billy and Marge left. Trini, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly helped with the party decorations. After awhile, Jason's communicator went off with Billy's voice calling for help. Jason had Trini, Zack, and Kimberly gathered around. Billy was being attacked by several Putties. Jason reassured Billy that they were on the way. Trini, Zack, Kimberly, and Jason took off and soon arrived in the park. Trini, Kimberly, Jason, and Zack leaped into the battle and helped Billy battled the Putties. The Putties were soon defeated. Billy was upset, Marge had never shown up. There was worry mingle in with being upset, as Billy had found her necklace at the park. Billy was worried something had happened to her. Suddenly there communicators went off. It was Zordon and he needed them to come to the Command Center. Trini and her friends teleported to the Command Center. When they arrived, Billy expressed his concern for Marge. Zordon told them that Rita had set a trap for Billy. Instead Madame Woe had captured Marge. Billy felt it was all his fault. Alpha 5 reassured him that it was not. Kimberly told him that they had taken care of Rita's bogus monsters before and they will with this one as well. Zordon had them watch the viewing globe and warned them that Madame Woe will be a formidable opponent. Through her crown jewel on her forehead, she can control the sun and send people into another dimension. It would take the power of all five power coins combined to defeat her. Billy volunteered for the task. Trini and her friends morphed and teleported out. Yellow Ranger and the rest of the Rangers arrived at the beach where Madame Woe stood. Yellow Ranger and the rest of the Rangers battled Madame Woe. Madame Woe quickly captured them with her long braids and teleported them to another dimension. It was the same dimension Marge was in. The Rangers battled Madame Woe in the dimension and had a difficult time. Red Ranger and Black Ranger struck her with their Power Sword and Power Ax. They were knocked to the ground. Yellow Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Pink Ranger used their Blade Blasters against Madame Woe, but they were knocked aside as well. Blue Ranger struck Madame Woe with the Power Lance. Despite what they did, the Rangers could not defeat Madame Woe. Blue Ranger came to the conclusion they couldn't defeat Madame Woe in this dimension and needed to return to their own. Yellow Ranger and the rest of the Rangers took out their power coins and combined them into one. Blue Ranger was able to leave the dimension. Madame Woe was furious and followed him out. Yellow Ranger, Red Ranger, Black Ranger, and Pink Ranger gathered around Marge and reassured her that they would be out of the dimension soon. After awhile, there was some shaking. Blue Ranger had destroyed the crown jewel on Madame Woe's forehead. Yellow Ranger, Black Ranger, Pink Ranger, Red Ranger, and Marge were teleported out and back on the beach. The four Rangers instructed Marge to stay hidden as they battled Madame Woe. The Rangers battled Madame Woe once more. The Rangers formed the Power Blaster and destroyed Madame Woe with it. Afterwards they gathered around Marge. Marge was very impressed. That night, Trini and her friends were at the dance. Zack was dancing solo as the crowd watched and clapped along. When Zack was done, everyone applauded. Bulk and Skull were there in disguises, but they didn't fool Ernie. Ernie took off their fake glasses and was ready to toss them out. Trini, Kimberly, Jason, and Zack gathered together and watched with amusement. Kimberly thought Bulk and Skull made a cute couple. Bulk had taken money out of his sock and waved it under Ernie's nose. The smell made Ernie feel faint and he fell into the cake. Trini, Jason, Zack, Billy, Kimberly, and Marge hurried over and helped Ernie up. Jason joked around that it was not time for cake, they still had to serve the sandwiches. Ernie agreed, but he needed to work up an appetite. Ernie started dancing onto the dance. The teens form a conga line after him and danced onto the dance floor. Trini and Jason danced together and had a great time.

Trini, Jason, Zack, and Billy teleported to the Command Center. Zordon instructed them to look in the viewing globe. Kimberly was in trouble. Her Uncle Steve had taken her flying and was now unconscious. Kimberly couldn't teleport out because Bulk and Skull were there as well. To complicate matters Rita had sent down Snizzard. Snizzard was causing havoc in the park. Snizzard was the reason Zordon had summon the four teens. Alpha 5 was going to instruct Kimberly on how to land the plane. Trini, Zack, Billy, and Jason needed to destroy Snizzard. The four teens morphed and teleported out. Yellow Ranger, Black Ranger, Blue Ranger, and Red Ranger arrived in the park. The four Rangers battled Snizzard with difficulty. Snizzard shot out cobras at the four Rangers. The cobras wrapped themselves around Yellow Ranger and the rest of the Rangers. The four Rangers could do nothing. Red Ranger managed to contact Zordon and tell him they needed help. They needed Kimberly. Eventually Pink Ranger arrived. Snizzard summon several Putties. Pink Ranger destroyed the Putties with her Power Bow. Pink Ranger then released Yellow Ranger and the rest of the Rangers. Snizzard shot our more cobras at them. Red Ranger told Pink Ranger to aim for the apple on top of Snizzard's head. Pink Ranger did so and Snizzard was destroyed. After the battle, Trini went to the Youth Center and practiced her karate.

Trini was at the Youth Center. Jason was teaching a karate class. Trini followed along for a few moments, then she walked over to the counter where Billy sat. Billy watched Jason's class with envy. Bulk and Skull were there as well, and had been playing a video game until they ran out of money. Billy was taking some containers to the recycling bin when Bulk spotted him. Bulk and Skull walked over to Billy and demanded money. Billy told them he had none to spare. Bulk and Skull picked up Billy and turned him upside down, shaking the coins out of him. Bulk and Skull then dumped him into a trash can. Trini walked over. Bulk and Skull bump their heads when they bent down to pick up the coins. Dizzy, Bulk and Skull staggered out of the Youth Center. Trini picked up the coins and then helped Billy out of the bin. Billy felt bad, he was always being picked on. Trini thought she could cheer him up by telling him her uncle, a famous scientist, was coming for a visit. But not even scientific achievement could cheer Billy up. Billy walked away from Trini and watched Jason's class. Billy decided he was going to reenroll in Jason's class. Trini, Kimberly, and Zack sat on the sidelines as Billy practice along with the rest of Jason's class. Jason dismiss the class and reminded them there would be a test later that day. Trini and Kimberly ran up to Billy and told him he had done well. Zack walked over to Jason. they all gathered at the sidelines. Trini is very excited for her friends to meet her uncle - he had just invented a secret formula. Jason asks Trini isn't he also a world famous martial artist? Kimberly is surprise Jason knows this. Jason tells her the guy is a living legend. Billy finds some inspiration - a karate scientist. Trini thinks her uncle would be a perfect tutor for Billy. Trini spots her uncle at the same time as he spots her. Trini runs up and gives her uncle a big hug. Trini tells her uncle these are her friends. Trini goes and pulls Billy up to his feet and introduces Billy to Uncle Howard. She hopes her uncle can give Billy some extra training. Uncle Howard tells Billy with karate training, he can sharpen his body and his mind. Billy thinks this is great. Uncle Howard tells him he has a few other things he would like to teach him. Uncle Howard walks up to Billy and leads him out of the Youth Center. Jason tells Trini, Zack, and Kimberly that he thinks Billy is in good hands. Trini, Jason, Zack, and Kimberly remain at the Youth Center. Trini and Jason practice their karate moves, as Kimberly and Zack sit close by. Billy runs in and tells them the Putties have captured Uncle Howard. Billy couldn't stop them. Trini doesn't know what the Putties would want with her uncle, he is a harmless old man. Ernie delivers a group of black balloons to Trini. the balloons pop suddenly and there is a note on the floor. Kimberly picks up the note. It is from Dark Warrior. Dark Warrior wants them to deliver the formula in the park or Uncle Howard will never be seen again. Zack concludes Dark Warrior is one of Rita's monsters. Trini tells her friends she doesn't have the secret formula. Knowing her uncle, he probably forgot where he put it. Jason tells Trini not to worry, they will find her uncle. Jason tells them they need to teleport to the Command Center.
